Red Roof Inn Plus Nashville Airport

Lynn and Dee were top notch. Both went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Extremely close to the airport. Lots of places to eat near by within walking distances.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I arrived late and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. The only thing I was upset about I couldn't received a late checkout, but didn't blamed anyone as it was a weekend and probably needed the room for the next guest.

Plus I still haven’t received my deposit refund and it’s been a week ago. I will not stay at this hotel again!

It was quiet. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was good for a quick stay.

Good stay

Quiet No fridge, microwave, tope blanket had stains of it. Staff rude, and shady characters living there. It was basically pay by the week, with some rooms dor traveling guests.

We slept better here than our first night elsewhere.

Beds were comfortable, had to play with the water to get hot water in the sink and shower. Dirty foot prints on the bathroom walls. Loud air conditioner. Large gab around door jam. Smoking areas were convenient and coffee in the morning.

People digging through trash . Loud at night.

The room was not clean there was moldy food in my fridge The tub had black stuff all in the shower the whole room smell like cigarette smoke

Staff was great but the two rooms we tried to stay in wasn't properly cleaned

Watch the billing, they charge a deposit and they don't refund it.

Paid for two rooms . Both had broken things and requested to fix but never happened. Will be disputing changes soon Just very disappointing

Was charged a $50 damage deposit upon check in. Was supposed to get that back after check out. Front desk person was friendly enough but spent too much time talking about ailments. I was tired and just wanted to get to my room. No offense.

I was charged an additional 3.29 on my deposit which was not refunded. This is equivalent to theft. And is a poor business practice. No one informed me of this additional fee on the refundable deposit when I checked into the hotel. If this is a tax or fee attached to the room rental then it should have been included in the overall bill and not to the refundable deposit which creates was not supplied as a receipt. I will be speaking with the hotel manager on Monday. If this is not rectified then I will be sure to go public. Possible lawsuit in the making here.

Staff was the best part about the stay. Very nice and quick. You could see a couple stains on the sheets tho. Rest of room was good for the price.
