the security officer driving around- great guy. super nice and helpful. no working ac, which is not acceptable for any reason let alone a massive heat wave happening. receptionist said there were no other rooms available which forced us to have to book elsewhere at midnight. as we were leaving an hour later we were told they “found a room available.” now working to get a refund. mistakes and misunderstandings happen and that’s totally fine, just need my refund.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very good value, especially close to BNA. Easy access to area restaurants. Sketchy clientele. Several hookers were hanging around, plus I noticed people shooting up in the smoking shelter during my stay. Very noisy HVAC in the room itself.

Unique in that rooms were available at last minute. Front desk wanted to charge $40 for an hour late check out.
