This location may need to invest in new mattress covers for their beds. Mine was heavily stained, and I also had to request new sheets so that I can change the sheets on my bed.. outside of that there was no other issues. The front desk staff was very nice and pleasant.

Sadly even when we checked out they did not even care that we were checking out so fast. Did even give us a chance to express how gross the room was. Just took our room key and that was it. Pros Location The shower was a walk in floor which was perfect for me I was recovering and have some minor issues w mobility and vision. Next to Panera, Honey, and many eatery Entry to room was near ramp Cons Room floor was gross and made me worried about bed bugs and other stuff Struggled to find someone to help check in Staff did not care that we wanted to check out so quickly Very over priced for a room with questionable stuff over the rug

Couldn't reach the front desk when my plane was 2 hours late. Only got thru by calling the national line. Website saud they had shuttle. Not true!

Paid for an upgraded room, no snacks as advertised, no conditioner—-we were told they were out of it!

Safe fee: They charged me for using, WE did NOT even touch the safe. And called them & asked for a refund. They said that they will, but still didn't see the credit back on our credit card.
