We had a minor hiccup with our room BUT the staff was absolutely amazing. From check in with Tavia, to Nikki handling our issue, and the manager Mr. Bradley reaching out, we felt well taken care of! I would 100% stay here again and cannot brag enough on how amazing the staff was!

Stayed here for a week when visiting nashville for a concert, the hotel has easy access to travel routes and is a short uber from the main hub of downtown. Would stay here again on my next visit to the city
