Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville-Downtown

Not 5 start just for the fact on 3rd floor and street noise a little loud. (No fault of hotel)Just rating our experience. Other than that it was great!

Property is aging and not being maintained properly. Staff was rude. Valet took the key offsite after being up the car so we had to wait fifteen minutes for them to bring it back so we could leave

Great location. Close to broadway. A little loud at night from loud vehicles going up and down the street if the room is close to the street but very comfortable. Its Nashville…wasn’t expecting a quite vacation. Lol. Would definitely stay there again. Plus the breakfast was delicious!!

Once before staying in Nashville and we stayed here and thought to do it again. The location is perfect, the rooms are roomy and clean. The breakfast served exceeded our expectation. Keon at the front desk was very attentive and friendly. My only issue was a noisy refrigerator. The view was a garage, but in the city you are not going to see Central Park!

I think $65 a day should cover that. The hotel had only 1 working elevator out of 3 total elevators . The room was not with outside view so there was no sunlight into the very dark and dreary room. This hotel not worth the money and I think we should get a partial refund for the inconvenience. This is not what a Hilton Honors member should be subjected to.

The lady working in the hotel at night was the rudest person I met in my entire life. Our booking got cancelled for no reason and with no notice. Once we got there with an active, existing and paid for booking the lady wouldnt even open the door to us, shouting from inside that we had no booking. Once inside and after arguing and showing that we did have one she finally checked the computer and said we had no booking, it was cancelled for no reason. We were left in the street and kicked out of the hotel in the most disgusting way possible she even insulted us. She seemed high on some drgs or something it wasn't normal.

The hotel staff was great. Front desk greeted as well.. David was wonderful He assisted us every morning with a smile, very helpful and very professional. The property was OK. Only one elevator was working so you had to wait long time to get on and off the elevator..Also, we had problems with our room carpet it felt as if there were fleas in the room I believe because so many dogs are in the hotel and I do not believe they clean the room thoroughly after the animals leave.

We paid for Valet parking and received a parking Notice for $106.50 a few weeks later.
