Very nice place and very convenient to downtown
-
The room was quiet but the windows liked out to a parking garage. Occasionally there would be car alarms. Breakfast food was ok, the eggs were not good. Fruit flies in the dining area.

The location The bugs in the room

The smoke alarm was chirping on the first night of our stay. I called the front desk (by guessing buttons on the phone as it had no labels), and was told they would send up someone to repair the alarm. We waited over an hour and it was time to go to bed, so I pulled the alarm out of the wall and removed the battery. By the time we checked out a day and a half later, no one had come. I went to the front desk to get extra towels around 11pm one night and they were out. I was offered several washcloths and/or a bath rug. Minimal apologies; staff member stated “this is what the last shift left me with.” The floor of the bedroom was soft under the carpet in a spot which functioned fine, but felt poorly kept. Any one of these events singly wouldn’t keep me from booking here again but all things considered and with an abundance of hotel options in the area, it was a negative enough experience that I would choose another place to stay next time.

Our room was very clean & comfortable. The staff was extremely polite. The location was perfect & within walking distance to the Tennessee Performing Arts Center as well as Broadway.

The location I loved everything. There were no dislikes.

good location. nice spacious suite. when we arrived they refused to check us in saying booking did not submit the money ( pre paid) they only let me check in if i re paid the entire amount effectively holding me hostage in the middle of the city . the check in staff was rude and actually stated me down lol . the experience makes me not want to stay at a homewood or use booking .com again

We were initially placed in a room on the first floor with windows that were way up high on the wall( no view at all), but the staff kindly moved us to a higher room with a view. The breakfast was very nice and having the coffee shop and lounge were handy. Unfortunately, the noise from the street coming though the windows was very loud late into the night making it hard to sleep. The staff were all very helpful including the valet staff. However..... the valet cost was outrageous! We were truly shocked to get a valet bill for nearly $300 for only a 4 night stay. This was definitely a "buyer beware" moment. So, beware.

I like the night staff. They were great when we came back. The room was not what was expected from a picture. Room seemed clean. The breakfast could go later.

Upon arrival and throughout the stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me and my girlfriend when we passed, checking in on us and making us feel welcomed. As everyone else has commented, the breakfast is amazing, the best we’ve ever had within a hotel! The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and the location is close to Broadway by 10 minutes walk or so, but far enough away from noise. Slept perfectly every night! It was not clear how often the room would be cleaned etc. and the fridges inside the rooms were louder than the honky Tonks, fluctuating off and then blasting on.

Rooms are nice, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and meats change daily. Great location.
-
Good location and clean rooms Room wasn’t ready for check in and we are still waiting for the phone call telling us it is ready as staff member left without leaving a message

Some of the breakfast staff were rude. I brought it to their attention that that waffle iron was sticking & they needed to offer guests non-stick spray. One of the managers rudely told me that I was the only one who complained & there was no issue. However, I watched another guest & one of the employees try to make a waffle & the same thing happened! Despite being told there was no need for non-stick spray, it was there at breakfast the next day. The access to free laundry service was SO NICE & hugely helpful! View of the hideous parking deck (which was literally 10' away) was not appealing. Front desk & valet parking staff were friendly. However, despite checking out a day early & letting valet know that we had a family emergency, I was still charged for the last day of use. That was pretty crappy, especially when we left @10a (26hrs earlier than expected). The cleaning staff only cleaned our room once in 5 days. We had to put the trash outside our room to get them to take a hint & come clean. Didn't realize the hotel did not have a pool. Good location for walkability to downtown & CMA Fest. Overall, it was nice (3.9/5) but I would consider another hotel if I return to the Nashville area.

Great location fair price very comfortable beds but just your standard motel breakfast in a box eggs
-
The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great every morning as well. Having the coffee shop in property was an added amenity we weren’t expecting either. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us-walking distance to broadway and even the walk to/from Nissan was not bad. We will be staying again when we come to Nash!!

Great location and hotel staff were amazingly friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
-
Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate. The only drawback for us really had nothing to do with the hotel itself but with it's location. We're in our 60's so the walk to Broadway was a little much. Younger folks should have no problem. Ubers were readily available so it was not a big deal.

Air conditioner noisy and no other room option would not refund and ended up booking somewhere else as the air conditioner was far to loud to sleep with. Not happy, suggest other accommodation options especially the cost.
-
It was very close to Broadway and all the amenities. Breakfast was good.
