Amazing stay!! The staff is absolutely awesome and the hotel is so clean comfortable. Great breakfast, definitely will be back.

The hotel was in a great location for downtown Nashville. The price was good value. However I didn’t find staff friendly or helpful. Breakfast was so bad I walked out after one sip of coffee & went to a cafe around the corner which was superb. Found the set up strange where you had to walk out of reception & through the parking lot to access the elevators to the rooms. External corridors outside rooms were very run down, however room was of 4* quality - clean & modern ish, just the water supply was intermittent & wasn’t sound proofed. I know it’s not a great review, but I do think the price reflected a few of the negative points & it was in a great location. Wouldn’t rule out staying here again, but would look elsewhere first.

If you have anything bigger than a sedan, you will be charged extra for oversize parking, so the 35 is just the base price. I appreciated the valet text service to recall the car from our room. That being said, it's easy to walk to many dining locations, and only a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway. If you want a cheap and clean room, this is the place to go.

Staff was super friendly. Valet was amazing and quick, they got my car within 5 minutes. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was also good. No complaints for the price

did not come and clean our room and give clean towels for 2 days in a row. people running up and down the hallway all night long. toilet leaked where toilet attaches to floor.

One suggestion is that the signs next to the non-working elevator do not give the guest any idea where to go to find the working elevator, The result is to search around the hallways until the elevator is found. It became easier to use the stairs.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The staff and valet were extremely helpful and pleasant. Only downside was the elevator situation.

The hotel was very clean. It is very close to Broadway so it made everything so easy to get to and from.

Great stay! Safe valet parking. Supervised 24/7. Perfect location right in between the Capital Building and Broadway. Staff was great and the breakfast included in the price was awesome! From a picky hotel goer, I would stay here again and would highly recommend!
