Hotel was very clean and close to everything downtown. The restaurant was delicious. Check in was smooth and fast even though we arrived earlier than check in time. We will definitely be back!

Our room. Didn't have exterior windows. I wasn't aware at booking that not all rooms have windows. If you stay there, make sure you specify that you want a room with a window.

Rooftop Bar Our room has no windows. Very claustrophobic. Everything had a sensor. No usable fridge or microwave. Staff knocked on our door at 730 am and asked if we were checking out! Very unprofessional. We have stayed in other places very less expensive and had better accommodations. Also when we pulled in the parking was $60 to park in the hotel garage! Outrageous after you already were a hotel patron.

Enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Grand room was great clean and cool. Food was great at the library. And drinks were also. Walking distance to Broadway and other attractions.
