Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown

bed pillows need replaced. They were like sleeping on pancakes. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The room was set on 65 and never cooled, even though it ran continuously.

You have to Pay a day for parking no microwave in the room no free breakfast and hard to get a parking spot after you paid nothing free and keep an eye on your bags my bag was stolen

Easy check in. Elevators in the parking garage were really slow. GUESTS ARE CHARGED 55.00 to park at the hotel! Nice hotel but the parking charge was ridiculous.

What a great stay! From being greet at the door to check in and out. Hotel is clean and maintained. Our room was clean and spacious. Truly amazing! We also received complimentary vouchers to the art museum. The Skye restaurant was amazing —beautiful views! and had reasonable prices. Everyone was friendly. This stay made our trip so much fun and stress free. It’s walking distance to Broadway & many restaurant options. Outside area is quiet, clean, and safe. Thank you everyone at Sheraton for going above and beyond! We will be back.

Restaurant and bar on site, you can charge to your room. We got $12 off a day when we went to the restaurant for staying at the hotel.

When we first got there it was hair in the sink and on the toilet. The coffee bar was left with coffee on it. We cleaned it, because I had cleaning wipes with me. The hostess at the Skye lounge was not friendly at all.

If more wines or beers available at the Kiosk that would be nice for chilling in the room.

Would potentially stay again if we were in Nashville, but there are alternatives available that offer more for the money.

The parking was too expensive in my opinion.

The hotel is conveniently located near Broadway and the other activities we wanted to do. We only had to Uber to/from the airport and to the Grand Ole Opry because it's across the river. We were able to walk everywhere else. We received a small bar credit to our account for each day we were there, which we used to have a snack and drink before our activities. The bartenders were less than a warm fuzzy. They acted inconvenienced to assist you, and it wasn't just one of them. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Room was great for as little as we needed it. Comfortable and quiet and very competitive in price given the location. Would certainly stay there again.

Always feel safe staying here with or without friends. GREAT breakfast potatoes !!! Everyone in restaurant was happy, I could tell they like working there.
