The location was great! I would think for over $500 a night you would get something free. Breakfast, a water bottle, drink at the bar…. Something!

The only thing I would recommend addressing immediately is the pillows. They were extremely flat and unfortunately left me with pretty significant neck pain. Some newer or firmer pillows would make a big difference! The restaurant was also a highlight. The staff was so friendly and attentive, especially Jaycee, who was wonderful. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our experience there. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return!

The room was large and clean. Several different kinds of pillows was a good touch. 2 water bottles daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good gym Breakfast tasted great, was a large amount of food and reasonably priced The shower water pressure could be better Overall, I would stay there again

Beautiful hotel in downtown Nashville. Only a few minute walk from Broadway. Very clean and maintained well. Staff very polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

The room was clean. We needed a fridge and asked the front desk for it and by the time we got to our room they were delivering it. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Parking was a bit pricey but the location of the hotel was awesome being close enough to Broadway but far enough away that there wasn’t any chaos.

Self parking is very tight as well as valet when driving a full size truck/SUV. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, refrigerator/microwave does not come in the room.

The property was beautiful. The room was great. The staff even better. Only negative was the fridge was a mini bar. So you are not able to store anything in the fridge. Including refrigerated medications. Also overnight truck parking price a little steep. $86. Each night.
