Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown

Be aware that the atrium style of the building means that you hear everything going on at all times. There was a loud bunch at the lobby bar on Thursday night, and I heard it is as if they were next to me on the 7th floor. Given there are lots of group bookings, you will also hear people congregating in the lobby early in the morning.

Clean rooms Helpful and friendly staff

Great room and location really worked for us. Bar was decent too. Only complaint was there is a lot of construction going on at the Capitol which as we had a view of, was right below us at the front Not so bad until the jackhammer started at 6 am both mornings we were there. Woke us up after big nights out - not ideal. We were on 11th floor and still horrible. I wish they’d warned us as we would have asked first different rooms. Shame as the rest was good.

Great location ... valet service parked the car and then we went on foot from there and everything was within easy reach ... comfortable room ... great breakfast ... karaoke rooms were super ... staff was super helpful

Very nice hotel, convenient, executive suite very clean. The bed was not comfortable ,very hard and the pillows were to soft. But everything else was nice.

Pet friendly! No additional fees! Very friendly staff and clean hotel. They have a rooftop restaurant with great views and happy hour that is amazing! Great amenities as well! Only downside is parking is almost $60/nightly but the hotel is located very conveniently that you can walk to broadway!

Very good hotel!

Don't touch anything in the refrigerator they will to and charge you for drinking a beverage. All we done was look to see what they had in there.

bed pillows need replaced. They were like sleeping on pancakes. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The room was set on 65 and never cooled, even though it ran continuously.

You have to Pay a day for parking no microwave in the room no free breakfast and hard to get a parking spot after you paid nothing free and keep an eye on your bags my bag was stolen
