I felt like my wife and I had went back in time to the era of hotels where "full service" meant full service. Great view from our corner room and a incredibly helpful, friendly staff.

Gorgeous, landmark hotel. Everything about this place is outstanding from greeting at the door, valet, front desk and beautiful rooms. I do believe they sent their hallways like fresh baked cookies. I highly recommend it!

Everything from day 2 onwards The lobby area was closed to guests when we arrived as the Hotel was hosting a wedding. The first day/night we felt like we shouldn't have been there...

Location, and history of the premises. The bellmen were extremely friendly and welcoming each time we returned to the hotel. The morning coffee was a welcome treat. The front desk staff had no energy, was a bit surprised they didn’t have the same energy of the bellmen

Historic building, great central location, friendly and helpful staff, luxurious room, excellent restaurant - the overall experience was about as good as I could imagine. Of course you pay for this level of luxury. Value is subjective but I feel you do get what you pay for here.

Absolutely perfect location! Close to Broadway yet far enough away to not hear any of the noise! Nothing to not like! There is some construction going on right across the street right now starts at 7:00am but the walls are fairly thick and I could sleep through it.
