Very clean, great location, quiet

Room wasn't very clean, tub didn't drain, air conditioner didn't work well. It was cooler in the hallway than in our room. Door doesn't close on it's own so you have to force it closed. There are all these cool perks of booking with them, free tickets to some local activities and a $15 credit for food but it's like pulling teeth to get them to honor it. They told us they didn't have anymore tickets to one of the free things but that they would reimburse us with the receipt. Came back with the receipt and they said they don't do that. Had to ask the next day and they had to do a new final receipt which was an ordeal. Then the little shop inside is supposed to be included with the $15 credit but they don't give you a receipt and they won't reimburse it without one? It just doesn't make a lot of sense and they're not helpful with any of it.

Dinner was very good and the staff was perfect The price for two coffees, two muffins, and two parfaits was $68!!!! Seems like highway robbery. Just my two cents.

This hotel is amazing! We enjoyed the hotel more than our excursions to Broadway. We got the club floor package, the breakfast was great, lots of gluten free options, We also enjoyed the hors d oeuvres. Little Fib was very nice also. My husband enjoyed the pool and hot tub. First rate, thanks.

Overall, great experience, however, very short staffed. Valet in front desk services were affected in a negative way. Very slow and inefficient. May need to hire more staff, other than we enjoyed our stay.

Place was nice. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast and breakfast staff were awesome. Only bad part about my trip was where I stayed. What made it unpleasant was the front staff and valet parking staff. Never been to this hotel before and don’t recommend it bc of that. We pulled up and just asked the valet staff where we park and such since we’ve never been there. Told us valet was the only option. Considering I didn’t plan on paying extra for that, that was a surprise. Then the guy at the front desk talked to us like we were idiots. As if we are supposed to know how things go there. Then I got charged more than expected. Finally someone helped explain that. Now that’s fixed. But then I got charged more than $69 for the valet parking. I did explain my situation to the front before leaving and they clearly weren’t interested. I asked the valet staff about paying with cash bc I wasn’t prepared for that and he said it’s policy to only pay with card and basically wanted me to pay and go. I am never hateful or unpleasant when I go anywhere bc I work with the public and I know how it feels. So I definitely apologize for that but they need to do better. That wasn’t a good time for me.

Not bad, but I expected a little more in room excellence. No bath robes, the soap/shampoo/conditioner/ lotion did not smell the best.

The location of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel overall was just really nice. Traffic was bad due to everyone trying to get in the small hotel location. I called the hotel to see if I could go ahead and park. That is how I end up coming out of traffic.

The parking was EXCESSIVE. Paying $70 park is insane. Everything else was perfect.

The property was beautiful convenient to everything! The staff was great! I will say the tub and shower had little to no pressure! Other than that great place to stay!
