We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. The location was one of the best parts it’s within walking distance to Broadway, the food court, and plenty of restaurants and attractions, so we rarely needed to drive. The little market in the hotel was also incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

From the moment we got there, the staff especially Arlington, were amazing and helpful. They listened and always asked if we needed anything. Highly recommend 💗

It’s very convenient as far as location to Broadway.
-
Beautiful and clean. Loved it would definitely stay there again

The room was quiet.

We stayed 4th of July so we could experience Nashville’s fireworks. While the rooms are a little dated, they were clean. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower needs updating from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower with safety bars. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. Was nice to see chair height toilet and modern sink. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options. Would definitely recommend it his hotel.

We have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here when visiting Nashville. This is our favorite hotel and is a great location to Broadway.
-
Excellent location! The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were fantastic.
-
On a Saturday afternoon, we were unable to even get a drink at the bar because there was only one bartender and one waitress and they were extremely busy. Very disappointing.
-
Everything was great except the beds were uncomfortable and the water pressure in the shower was not good. The staff however were wonderful and friendly.

Excellent location, just up a small hill from Broadway. Completely doable 5 min walk to Broadway. Very nice hotel, comfortable beds. Nicely decorated lobby, common areas and rooms. Excellent customer service when we had a small problem. Really only complaint is the cost of Valet, $69/night, and there is no self parking. That's probably the norm around there and the location made it worth it.
-
Very nice hotel one block from Broadway. Super clean, restaurant and bar were amazing! Would definitely book again.
-
I paid for the room prior to check in. Expedia said hotel would charge $60 at check in for a resort fee. Hotel charged $232. Beware of added fees at check in
-
Sink was leaking, room was outdated. Shower was extremely outdated, not clean, no water pressure. Floor of tub was very scratchy and uncomfortable.
-
I loved everything they had to offer. Getting charged for breakfast that I had already purchased through booking.com $30 each plus tax $80 and having to pay 65 dollars plus tax a day parking $150 then to find out the hotel and parking is two different entities. I had the room on the credit card and had to pay with the other credit card to get my car brought down.

Very close, everything in walking distance.
