Convenient location between our daughter’s place and downtown. It’s a great place to watch the downtown fireworks.

The staff manning the breakfast counter were very unfriendly. They seemed like they hated their jobs.

Room was very nice, updated and clean- parking was a bit of a nightmare. Staff was very kind. Will stay again.

Really good hotel with a great view of the city on the terrace. Very clean and entertainment friendly in a solid location for exploring the downtown area. Heads up if you choose a lanai room the balcony is not private to yourself but a shared space. Details are lacking on the listing description. Room had a bedside lamp out and a single robe for a room for two. Not a big deal but if I’m booking for two I expect two. That said, I was sent an additional robe quickly once requested. Valet could use some streamlining as to not have vehicles backed up to adjacent buildings and have more than one attendant to send the pay link to the customer so they’re not waiting longer. Night staff front desk customer service was mediocre at best. Overall solid hotel but could use some finesse to bring it up to the level it markets itself as. Shout out to Eddie the bartender for going above and beyond for me and my wife! Great guy and character, he truly made the experience hanging out there even better!

The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating; One of the best I've experienced. The layout of the hotel is odd. You take one elevator to the 5th floor lobby and a second one on the other side of the hotel to your room. The lobby was excellent with views of the the outdoor terrace and city, superb seating and bar area, and small café. The fitness room is well appointed. The rooms were nice and the bathroom even better with greal lightingbuilt into the mirror. The shower had sliding doors, was wonderfully tiled, and had a rain-shower shower head and separate rinse wand. Unfortunately, the quirky shower controls left me with no cold water, only hot and hotter. Even after engineering was called to fix it, it was only slightly better. In 95 degree heat, I want a nice cold shower to bring me back to life at the end of the day and that didn't happen. The lighting in the room is the absolute worst. It's so poor I had to use a flashlight to iron my clothes. Lastly, the wood laminated flooring is filthy and clearly not washed every day. Ew! The shortcomings of this hotel outshine the positives so I cannot recommend it at this time.

Property staff was very friendly! We had a late delayed flight and they had our room keys ready for us as soon as we got there. We were in our room within a few minutes of walking in.

The members of the staff were excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Valet as always prompt with our car. Hotel room was roomy and very clean. Location was a little further from center of downtown than we anticipated.

We reserved a king bed room for our honeymoon. They gave us a room with 2 beds and said they were overbooked. No sympathy, no accommodation. Very disappointed.

I loved the location. The staff was great! I wish I would have been forewarned about having to pay almost $70 for overnight parking as there is no parking on property, but overall I loved my stay here.
