great breakfast and staff ready to assist at any need !!!

This is a newer Hilton home and suites and me and my family absolutely loved it. The staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. If we’re ever in this area, we will only be staying at this hotel.

Room was beyond expectations. Service was friendly and professional. Breakfast was great too. We will be staying there again when needed.

Newer, breakfast was restaurant quality.

The room was excellent, very large and roomy. Considering this is a pet friendly hotel, our room smelled awful possibly like urine, and the carpet was pretty stained maybe the last guest had animals that used the restroom on the carpet and it wasn’t cleaned properly. It was very nice to have a sink, and large sized refrigerator. The bathroom was very nice. The only other downfall was our room would not go below 72 degrees, so the room stayed pretty warm and it was uncomfortable at night. Breakfast was 2/10, never have I seen breakfast the way they do it at a hotel. It was all processed and pre-made items, just needing warmed (eggs, sausage , ham, hash browns) kind of like McDonalds breakfast. the only thing some what made to order was the waffles which were 4/10. Probably wouldn’t book here again. Staff was extremely friendly!

Our experience was excellent! Definitely 5+ stars! Arabella and Myesto provided an exceptional and genuine customer service beyond expectations. They were very personable and accommodating. The hotel and room was clean, breakfast was great, and the hotel is in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and a Buc-ee's. Schlitterbahn was only a short 12 minute drive, which if you have Gold Passes is worth not paying extra at the resort, and the drive to float the rivers was only 10-15 minutes. Sip-n-Put is also close by and fun. This will be our "go to" place to stay again next time we visit! Thank you to the incredible Staff!

2nd stay here the hotel is clean and new the breakfast is good the upper floors are louder. This stay we were on the first floor and it was not as loud. The pool is clean and the staff is friendly

Overall is was good. We did have to ask for clean towels

Clean room... Clean shower... Only thing is I had to use the power breaker a few times but other than that everything was perfect

Comfortable rooms, clean and quiet. Service was great. Free breakfasts were surprisingly good.

Room smell was very powerful. They make you pay for parking which is weird.

The hotel was in a great location, spacious, clean, the staff was kind and helpful. Overall, loved our stay!

Good place to stay. Large room. Didn’t clean our room daily but that is okay a”and a safe would have been nice to have in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The location couldn't have been better, with shopping, plenty of restaurants, and easy highway access all just minutes away. Everything I needed was close by, which made my trip so convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

It was an excellent experience for me and my whole family. Everything went smooth and hassle-free from the moment we arrived up to when checked out. We will definitely stay again here on our next visit.
