Wingate by Wyndham New Braunfels

The only good thing I can say about this property, is the breakfast was good. It's a shame , because this property has potential with a great location if only they would spend some money to update the property. It's outdated the furniture has probably been there since day one with stains all over the chairs and the beds are horrible! There is a musty order to the rooms and really needs a good cleaning. I'm sorry to say, I would not stay there again.

The rooms were nice and they did have a breakfast with waffles eggs and sausage. Just get there earlier than later due the food was almost gone by the time we got down there

AC rattled constantly. Wyndham Rewards wasn’t letting me in for WiFi— even said forgot my password and never got an email. No workaround and not sure why. Finally just gave up. Grout in bathroom was missing.

The rooms were ready when promised, breakfast was delicious,the staff was polite and welcoming. We will continue to stay at Wyndham hotels.

Great location for river or Schlitterbahn.

The bathroom door did not close. The breakfast was just average. Overall, I expected a little more from this brand of hotel,

The floor needed to be swept and mopped. Bedding was clean and bathroom was clean.

This hotel room was a good value for the money. Clean room, no carpet, A/C unit under the window was a little noisy.

Pleasant weekend staycation. Walkable to restaurants and convenient to all NB has to offer.

Our Room smelled like mildew. The floor tipped towards the window next to bed and flexed. That was a little u settling. The shower head sprayed in 10 different directions and wasn’t great. I was expecting better. Won’t be staying here again.

The room was very clean, and comfortable. The Breakfast was warm and not cold. Great! The staff was very friendly, which makes a big difference. There was nothing that I didn't like. All in all I thought it was a great selection. I will definitely schedule another stay with you again.

She said she could place me in a regular rokm and i told her i need thd room or ine like jt for my disability. Sbe didnt care. I sai well i guess ill check out in the morningand she said well thats up to you. So we proceeded to look and book a room somewhere else for the next three days. Later that'd day they called the room and told me if I wanted to extend i could keep the room. Well I already booked another one. I am a Disabled Veteran. Its on my license and car plates. It is against the law to discriminate against persons with disabilities. I guess that didnt matter to Erin at that time. The manager has since called me to apologize, but since Erin is such a good worker, she's just getting a memo ent to h

The property is not well kept and the pictures did not match what is actually there. I actually looked into finding a different hotel
