Only 1 pillow for my kids until a day later same with towels. Only 2. The bed wasn't even made properly and no sheet or blanket for my kids. Notified the staff. Nothing had to family get towels pillow blanket at 830 the last night.

every morning we would wake up and have our free breakfast and the kids would get ready, head straight to the pool, and it was always clean. Well maintained, and the staff was so friendly

Room was big and clean. I didn't use any of the amenities since I was only there one night but it was perfect for a short trip.

The breakfast was enjoyable and we liked the room amenities. The staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in/out was easy. But, the hotel itself feels old and needs a good cleaning/updating. The room and hall carpets smelled musty, our blanket had stains on it, the furniture had heavy scuff marks on it, there were stains in the bathroom that just made it feel grungy and unclean. The price was good, but I'd probably take my chances with a different hotel next time.

We arrived at 1am to a door that wouldn’t open with the card and the best they could do was tell us to call Expedia for a refund.

The room was nice, a couple of the outlets didn’t work. The last 2 days of my stay, the WiFi was not working. The breakfast was decent. I thought for the price, it was ok.

1- Get rid of the bad musty odor in the hall way on the thirsd floor 2-Breakfast = Need a waffle maker, better eggs ( very imortant) more variety. 3-more creamer options for coffee 4-access to the pool by a key. ( the door to outside should be closed for safety. 5-operational fire place outside 6-more towels in the room

The room had a horrible moldy smell. The floor creaked when I walked and I could hear the people above us walking back and forth until two in the morning. Breakfast was already low on a lot of the items at 8 AM and the juice tasted like water. I regret choosing this hotel for such a special occasion.
