Best Western Plus New Cumberland Inn & Suites

For a place with pets permitted, the rooms were extremely clean and well kept.

room was fine we were out of body wash and shampoo, but they filled it as soon as we notified them. Pool was nice but they need to check in every now and then. lots of food, alcohol (glass) and trash from people. Breakfast was good also, but so many people were there and the one employee had a hard time keeping up with the demand. Yogurt was warm. Would stay again here.

We loved that the hotel was right off the highway. Easy on easy off we love that the room was big and it had to pull out couch. We would’ve preferred to full beds instead of one King and was unable to get that the sheet had a rip in it and a stain on it. The pressure on the shower was not comfortable. It felt very prickly. We asked that sheets be brought up while we went out to dinner for the pullout couch and was forgotten. The ice machine was dirty. That people actually wrote their names in the dust. I didn’t like that. The light went on automatically in the bathroom in the middle of the night. the breakfast wasn’t available until 7 AM and we left at 6 AM. We only got a small cup of coffee to go

Almost 190 a night We come on Friday they cold at least ask if we need new towels or if we need anything. many other inappropriate things the carpet was not cleaned, frige ,litterly loly pop was attached behind mattress on the wall , in a bathroom is just dint look good , from towels , tub was dirty like rely foot print in it I really was not able to take shower there and thank God my husband brought his own wash supply and out of bottles but all 4 of them empty and they was the stinky lotion. They could put at least 1 or 2 single k-cup of coffee. They put dryer phone cups but no coffee or tea don't make sense.People don't trust online discription picture are probably from 10 years ago only thing is good look in front lobby, never again

We booked 2 rooms and they were both clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and they had a variety.

The tv didn’t work in our room We had no remote when we checked in Our key cards stopped working halfway through our stay

The place was in the middle of renovation but overall the stay was great. The location was perfect the facility was clean and the breakfast provided was good.

The phone in the room was not connected and attempts to call the front desk resulted in the call disconnected over and over. Very frustrating that I had to leave the room to make requests.

1 night stay was what we expected it to be.

Location great. Just off interstate. Quiet. Staff very helpful. Room nice size. Doing major renovations. Could not originally check in no one at desk had to come back later.

Good location while traveling. Staff was very friendly, very quick to replace pool towels loved the fancy coffee machine my latte was great! Cigarettes were behind the night stand, pool was very cold, poorly lit breakfast was ok
