Best Western Plus New Cumberland Inn & Suites

The room is spacious and mine was very quiet. The AC kept cutting off, I woke up hot 3 times and had to turn the AC on again. I only stayed one night.

Very unclean hotel. The hotel gym was poorly maintained and dirty. The room, especially the bathroom was in poor condition. Will never stay here again.

My stay was peaceful, breakfast buffet was good. Room clean staff pretty nice. Pool was clean. Don't have any complaints

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The door jam was broken so we had to fix it everytime we had to close the door. The conditioner and body wash in the shower was empty. The pool area was hot and loud. We were there for 3 nights and wanted to add one more night. Needed to do laundry but they didn’t have quarters for us to change our dollars. They wanted to charge us $50 more than we originally paid for so we went elsewhere.

The property is clean, well kept and the staff were very nice. The mattress was a little uncomfortable for me, but my children were comfortable sleeping in the mattress.

This was the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed in. The pictures look like it’s so clean and well-maintained. When you show up the second you walk and you realize you have been completely fooled. The front lobby is extremely dirty. You can see the cracks in the grime all over. The stains on all of the chairs in the lobby are huge. I’m talking like 2 foot big wide stains… the ottoman in the lobby is completely ripped down the middle and they have clear tape covering it and taping it back together.. the room was extremely clean. There was hair all over the toilet. The tile floor in the bathroom is completely cracked and moving beneath your feet when walking.. I found a hair in my eggs at the hotel.. every single one of the doors in the entire hotel has rip marks from all of the doors locks being changed. It looks extremely ghetto and it was never painted and looks like a mess. In the lobby, there are gambling machines in the lobby as well which is absolutely disgusting for a family hotel

The next morning, we talked to a different staff, explained our confusion about the additional charge, she refunded the money in the end, and apologized for the inconvenience. The check-in experience was bad.

We had to get our room key reactivated more than 2 times per day . The pool was closed until the last day we were there and we constantly had to have our room key reprogramed . Also , the breakfast was not very good and we found a restaurant " The Diner " nearby with modest pricing and very good and very FILLING food .

The staff was pleasant; however, we would never stay here again.

Not very clean, the sofa bed wabroken and needs a new mattress on it. The breakfast had the same items everyday, need a little more variety.
