Either pool was open. Coffee was cold. Only a couple boxes of cereal for breakfast mold in the bathroom around the tub nothing was dusted and very disgusting.

The room itself was fine for a budget hotel. I was disappointed there wasn't an actual breakfast, just some coffee out. However the biggest issue was at check in. When I went to check in the front desk staff told me that they would need to charge another credit card other than my American Express for not only the incidental deposit but also for the room itself. When I told her uhh what this makes no sense because hotels.com already charged my card she was adamant that it was not accepted and needed another card. It was late and I was in for a work trip, so I said fine and gave another card. She said I would need to contact hotels.com the following morning to get refunded. When I went to check out the next day, the new front desk staff told me this was incredibly inaccurate and reversed the charge. Thank the powers that be for that morning staff person!! I'm not sure why the night staff worked did what she did but she made everyone's life more difficult and frustrating. She was getting annoyed at me for being frustrated, annoyed and confused and I was frustrated that it made no sense but I needed a bed for the night. I'm just glad that I really it worked out.

R party which had issues as well . The carpet in the hall was visibly dirty. The surrounding area wasn't particularly comforting either.

Ceiling from the hall way has lot of damage and spot of water My booking include breakfast when we check in I saw the sign said there will do not have breakfast only serve coffee and cereal that make me disappoint. When I came down for breakfast room there is no coffee only cereal and pot of milk and a bottle of apple juice . I ask front desk and the guy came out from the office told that they shut off water that they can’t make coffee? He is contractor just can’t control anything. I think they should not shut off water if they have to do they should prepare bottle water for making hot coffee. I don’t mind they can not prepare hot food but something that they can buy from grocery store like muffin Donut or bagel and some fruit which don’t need to cook at all which I saw many hotels do this way beside the hot food they provide. I don’t believe the hotel that has many rooms will don’t have facilities like microwave , toaster coffee maker in the breakfast room These are my suggestion for your improvement.

The hotel smells like wet dog, the elevator smells like a mechanical workshop and sounds horrible, the sheet was stained, in 3 days that I paid they never cleaned the room, they offer breakfast and the kitchen was damaged and they didn’t give us
