Staff was nice

Room was ok except for some minor damage to walls and old appliances. However the breakfast was only pre packaged pastries and the pool was closed. The most concerning part was the amount of trash lying around the premises, mostly around the outside abut alps in the elevator.

The guy that checked us in was not helpful at all. And almost a little rude there were no washcloths and only two towels in the bathroom, the trash cans the liners were not in them. It was 100° we thought we’d go there and go swimming in the swimming pool when we got there. The pool was closed. We were informed that we paid for the room. Went down for breakfast. It was ridiculous pre-wrapped little muffins and wraps bowls of cereal. It was not a good experience and I will never stay there again. There was a hotel behind it for $25 cheaper but it didn’t have a swimming pool, which is what we were actually looking for a girl checking me out was quiet, but did her job.

Comfy bed, easy parking, clean rooms, great water pressure

We just needed a convenient overnight stay in the middle of a trip. The hotel definitely needs some upgrades. The room was clean but dated as was the rest of the property. The staff was very pleasant. We did plan on having a quick breakfast but they hotel did not have the usual laqhinta breakfast. We shared the last muffin, just leaving cereal. I was told the area was closed for renovations. Just would have liked to know ahead of ttime. Doubt we will stay there on our return trip.

When I reached the hotel the room was not ready the attendant told me they are late on house keeping. Entered the room no control of the air temp working, no hot water on the bathtub, the coffee machine is not working,, finally the tap was not stable but moving when I try to open with finding some roaches on the room. The elevator is old and dirty, the staff did not even smike in my face or say welcome.

This is not a hotel for families. It’s basically a truck stop motel. There is no pool, hot breakfast or any breakfast, no housekeeping, no laundry, no towels. They give one key card. The rooms were dirty. Shower did not work. Extremely disappointing. They should offer a refund because they had nothing that was advertised available. Expedia should not be promoting this place.

Hotel is not what they said , reviews said good but reality is really bad , you won’t put your family here periods

Our first room had stains on the comforter and hair on the sheets and comforter. They went ahead and try three more rooms and they got worse every time. Hair all over the beds with blood stains on the comforter. One room had throw up on one of the chairs that had dried up. GM went up and saw what we were talking about and he was very helpful. Asked for a full refund and he did give us this.

We specifically booked this hotel for the pool and hot breakfast. Both were closed due to renovations. A sign would have been nice. A partial refund should be issued.

The door to our room looked like it had been previously broken in. It was not repaired well and we couldn’t use the second lock. The pool was advertised, but marked at closed for the season. The desk attendant said that the health department needed to inspect it before it could open. Also advertised was full breakfast, which was also not available. The desk attendant blamed, “renovations”. I was seriously disappointed by my stay. I would not recommend.

This place is totally unacceptable. They do not clean your room, or change your towels. I had to ask for a roll of toilet paper. The pool was broke or closed. How is that acceptable when it is 90 degrees outside. The guest there constantly drinking outside and playing loud music. Honestly, I should recieve money back for staying at this dump.

Ok , the property was nasty since the beginning , just pictures on pages, pool was not in services , breakfast was not available because kitchen is in renovation , smell nasty, they give me a occupied room twice, water trough Drop ceiling , really bad experience at 11 pm with wife and 2 kids , Expedia said 7.3 good and reality is 3 , so i won’t recommended at all

Amazing. I was in Harrisburg for a week. I went to a few hotels and I didn’t like the atmosphere much at all. The hotels were never clean and the staff just always had a problem. Anyways , so I was recommend by a friend to go to La Quinta. I’m so happy I did. The price was very affordable and the check process was very smooth and fast. The front desk lady was super nice. I asked questions and she explained everything very well. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean which I feel every hotel should have. But for some reason a lot of hotels in that area just don’t. There are gas stations right across the street which to me is important if you’re hungry and there are restaurants and a McDonald’s. I don’t drive and it’s still comfy if you don’t drive as there are places nearby which is amazing to me. Also there is breakfast. I never went but it’s nice.

I do not recommend I stayed at room 303 and there was leftover food in the fridge. Trash on the floor. Hair in the tub. No hand soap! No hairdryer! They only served packaged muffins and orange juice/coffee.

The restaurant across the street el ranch o was the highlight. Hotter is outdated, housekeeping is terrible.

Breakfast items were not replenished; Went down for breakfast around 7:30am and most breakfast items were out. Breakfast time ends at 9am

Room was terrible. The lamp between the beds did not work. There was toilet paper in the toilet, hair stuck to the wall in the shower, and a dried piece of used soap in the shower also. This would lead one to believe that the bathroom had not been cleaned. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. I went to call the front desk, only to find that there was no phone cord! I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. Would absolutely not stay here again!

Friendly staff and room temp upon entering very cold!!!!!!!
