The staff I’ve been given dirty rooms the past two stays

Passable

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and attentive. I reserved a non-smoking room, but was put in smoking. Also, there was a coffee machine, but no cups. The only ice machine was on the 3rd floor and breakfast was paltry.

There were roaches in my first room so I was moved. In the second room, the bed sheets, pillows, and shower was so disgusting I slept in my car. They moved me a third time for my second night, the door wouldn’t close all the way and there was still trash in the room from previous guests. As a woman, I didn’t feel safe and had to cancel my stay early with only a partial refund. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING My entire stay no respect my room wasn’t even clean when we got there I had roaches in my room the room wasn’t cleaned at all and my bed sheets weren’t even cleaned there was shit on them

ALSO, THE PROPERTY IS ADVERTISED TO OFFER BREAKFAST. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO BREAKFAST! This is my second time staying at a super8 in 2 different states. The 1st one in NC had roaches, hence why I asked the front desk if they had bug. Sure enough, they do! I won't be staying at Super8 ever again. AND THE STAFF AT BOTH LOCATIONS HAVE ABSOLUTELY "0" CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

The room had a coffee maker but no cups to make coffee. And the coffee maker was very dirty. The pictures on the website was not the same as the place itself. The place was very rundown. It shows a pool but I didn’t see one.

Bed was comfortable, plenty of parking but few guests were there. Good location Breakfast was non existent. No Bath towels or washcloths in room. I had to go to desk and ask for them. They handed me grey, stained thin towels. There were no kind of soap in bathroom, no blanket on bed, just a top sheet and the thin bedspread. Bathroom was not clean, toilet seat was lose. I was told I could find ice on 3rd floor. My room on 2nd floor. No problem except it was dark outside and 3rd floor had no lights on in hallway, so kinda hard to find an ice machine in the dark! I have used this hotel 3 years and 2 years before for a trip at same time of year. It has gone downhill so much and I would not recommend it and I will look for somewhere else next year. Not a good representation for Super 8 or Wyndham!

They double charged me I paid through booking and I paid through the property and still haven’t gotten a refund Our room wasn’t ready until probably 8 o’clock at night

It was disgusting. The room smelled had dust all over it the remote had duct tape on it the lights were broken. No coffee cups first day no coffee during breakfast. Fruit flies all over everything. Guy was asleep when I got there and he must’ve had gas because the place smells like a toilet.

Breakfast was absolutely horrible. They had waffles and toast only both mornings. First morning no juice just coffee and water. Second morning no coffee and the juice was sour going bad. The staff member on duty was no help. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 and wasnt started till after 730. And the staff member was rude about it. This whole place was gross. The room was ok. It was clean beds comfy. But hallways were dirty and nasty. The pool needed to be cleaned. There was people on first floor just drinking on the walkways and smoking. Elevator smelled like fresh cigarettes.

The room itself was ok, the bed was actually quite comfortable and it was clean. The outside was disgusting and there seems to be some interesting people that live there, pretty sure. They are right in front of the office sitting outside drinking beer or whatever, quietly (all night? Because they were there when we checked in and when we checked out at 7am). It’s a little creepy. Went to get some coffee in the morning and check out the breakfast only to find flies all over the bagels and bread and just pure filth.

The hotel was run down, the lounge chairs in the pool are were completely rusted and broken. The sheets were dirty. The hand towels had mold and there were blood stains on the pillow case. I asked for 4 clean towels and was told there are only 3 available. I stated almost everything above!!!!!

I didn’t end up staying because I had to leave because of a family emergency. The room smelled it was full of flies. The air conditioner did not turn on. Weill the grounds were clean. The room was gross.

We checked in, saw our room, and left. The condition of the property was unsanitary and deplorable. The lobby smelled of old smoke mixed with cheap cleaning solution. The elevator had dirt and grime on the walls, door, floor, and buttons. The room smelled of old urine and smoke. The carpet had a big hole in it. The bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor. The toilet did not flush. We reported it to the front desk clerk and asked for a refund. We showed her the pictures we took. She informed us that she was not aware there was a hole in the carpet or that the room was filthy. She said she was unable to give us a refund due to a non-refundable cancellation policy despite the atrocious conditions of the property. She offered us another room, but given the general unsanitary conditions of the property we declined. We asked that she make a note on the account. We asked that it be done before we left. She stated, “Or, you could just leave,” and told us that we weren’t allowed to see what she was writing. We asked for her name and title and reminded her that she is in the hospitality business and was being unprofessional.
