Super 8 by Wyndham New Cumberland

The hotel was run down, the lounge chairs in the pool are were completely rusted and broken. The sheets were dirty. The hand towels had mold and there were blood stains on the pillow case. I asked for 4 clean towels and was told there are only 3 available. I stated almost everything above!!!!!

The pool and the location That they gave me a room that the TV didn't work then I asked him for a different room and we had a king room and she put us in a double bed room so I had to go down and tell them again that we want a king room what we paid for so eventually the third time we got the king room with a working TV other than that it's okay and other than the shower curtain being a little dirty but I guess you get what you pay for.

Check out. Who wouldn’t with the horrible atmosphere There was no breakfast though it said there was, broken doors, broken shower head, very sketchy people staying there.

The toilet was very low and the entire bathroom could use some TLC. But it worked so that’s good enough

I didn’t end up staying because I had to leave because of a family emergency. The room smelled it was full of flies. The air conditioner did not turn on. Weill the grounds were clean. The room was gross.

We checked in, saw our room, and left. The condition of the property was unsanitary and deplorable. The lobby smelled of old smoke mixed with cheap cleaning solution. The elevator had dirt and grime on the walls, door, floor, and buttons. The room smelled of old urine and smoke. The carpet had a big hole in it. The bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor. The toilet did not flush. We reported it to the front desk clerk and asked for a refund. We showed her the pictures we took. She informed us that she was not aware there was a hole in the carpet or that the room was filthy. She said she was unable to give us a refund due to a non-refundable cancellation policy despite the atrocious conditions of the property. She offered us another room, but given the general unsanitary conditions of the property we declined. We asked that she make a note on the account. We asked that it be done before we left. She stated, “Or, you could just leave,” and told us that we weren’t allowed to see what she was writing. We asked for her name and title and reminded her that she is in the hospitality business and was being unprofessional.

Hotel is dirty with cracks and dirt and dust every where. Our ac in the first room did not work. There was hair in the shower. Toliet didn’t want to flush properly pool was the best part but there was peeling paint every where. The floor on the wall way was coming up. There was spider webs and spiders all thru out the room. Would not stay here again! Also the breakfast was lacking only had 2 cereal a picture of milk in the fridge that looked old. Flys and nats inside the juice machine. There was waffle mix but I choose to check out instead.
