Restrooms door knobs are broken! Sink is broken! The bathtub had dark stains! The TV Remotes were sluggish! The couch is very dirty! In addition to that, the registration desk lady was very very rude and disrespectful! Never will stay here!!!!!

Horrible staff! I booked an hour before going in because my original hotel over booked. When I booked at this motel I didn’t realize I booked a smoking room and my son has severe asthma. The room reeked of cigarettes. I asked for a refund and the women demanded and RUDELY said NO I was in shock and she didn’t do anything to accommodate me. Absolutely horrible, I asked to speak with her boss and she said no. She refused to give me any information and I left

Nothing was unique there somewhat clean little outdated needs a lot of work and there's little friends there cockroaches

Nothing special but exactly what I needed. I drove from Philly to Hersey for a concert and did not want to drive home that night. So the price was right
-
The volume on the TV remote wouldn't work, Two of the lights in the room kept coming on by themselves throughout the night

You get what you pay for. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, you should look elsewhere. The place was worn, but clean, and bed was comfortable. That was all I needed for this trip. Oh yeah, don't expect much for breakfast. All and all if was certainly worth the price charged.

Neat Bed was comfortable
-
Rooms smelled bad had to go Thur a few rooms to get something to deal with they also would refund my money always have excuses for rooms
-
For the money it was great. Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a very long time

All rooms are at ground level., but the front door did not engage the lock securely, it felt like the door could easily be pushed open. The extra dead bolt lock didn't engage the door jamb at all. There was a flimsy chain which didn't feel very secure. The worst thing was that there were 2 motion sensor lights in the room, 1 by the front door and 1 by the bathroom. I understand and appreciate having a light turn on as soon as you enter... however the problem was that in the middle of the night when you're sound asleep, rolling over in bed triggers the sensor and the light (which was bright) turned on! This happened multiple times during the night waking me up EACH time, with no apparent way to bypass it. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Not the cleanest or safe feeling hotel, but it is cheap and good enough.

I arrived for check-in and the woman behind the desk was very pleasant. I got to my room and the bed, chair w table and tv were great, everything else was very dated, holes in sheets, holes in walls, bathroom fan loud, but worked and old, but clean.

The room was clean and we had plenty of towels and soaps. The beds were comfortable and I loved that parking was available directly in front of our room. Would definitely stay again. Both morning and evening front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

This was incredibly disappointing. The room smelled, although the bed comforter was pretty. The sink was dirty and stained and the bathroom had poor lighting. The front desk staff was indifferent to us. There were all kinds of "rules" posted on the window of the front desk. We checked in, went to the room, used the restroom, and immediately left and booked a different hotel. We didn't feel safe or comfortable. We were in town for a concert at Hershey Park Stadium and ended up getting closer to Hershey park. We opted to pay the price of the room that was triple what our concert tickets cost us in order to avoid staying at this hotel.

The only thing I liked was Juan. He was the front desk guy for one of the days I stayed and he tried to help with my concerns, though nothing actually got done during my stay. He did help get me a small refund though so I appreciate that. The door to my room (201) had been previously kicked in and had visible damage outside and in. The trim & interior lock were falling off the wall so the door wasn’t able to be secure at night. (I used furniture to prop it) The lights worked when they want to. The carpeted floors are FILTHY and stained black even though they’re actually brown. The ceiling is covered in what looked to be old blood stains. The bathroom smelled like cat piss. The bathroom door doesn’t secure or even touch the frame so u can see right in while going to the bathroom and showering. The faucets and shower head are falling off the walls. There are large unpainted patches in the walls. There was trash under the furniture I moved to secure the door. And so on…. The list just keeps going.

The room was filthy doesn't look like it was cleaned in about 2 weeks. Not happy at all.

This place needs a complete renovation! Room reeked in tobacco smell, everything was worn.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly place to stay, this is it.
