Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Harrisburg West

I stay at this hotel several times a year. I am always impressed with the staff and the condition of the property and my room. I do not normally use the amenities but I have grabbed coffee in the morning. The food area is well stocked and clean.

Well maintained property. The staff was friendly. Only stayed one night but would have stayed more if we had time.

The sofa bed was really small, like for one person, not two. And it was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was just okay. The pool was tiny but my kids enjoyed it. Staff were friendly. Overall it was fine but I would not return.

Staff was good in few interactions we had. The breakfast was good. There was no ac in the hallway on our floor, so it was really hot in there. Two places I expected heat, not so much. I took a 5pm and a 8 am shower. One was luke warm, other was slightly hotter. The whirlpool was like bathwater, around the same temp as the pool. Over all,it was fine.

Run away!! This is a group of the most unprofessional service personnel that I've come across.

I like how clean did the lobby was but the room did smell like humidity and the sheets were dirty, the bathroom didn’t have soap & the napkins were empty, after traveling for 8 hrs we had to wait for clean sheets set like for 20 min. And I was traveling with a infant, I’ve been staying at Fairfield for long time and I can tell this one didn’t represent it. Breakfast was the worse too.

As expected, which was what I wanted.

Thought the room was spacious. Location was great. However the hot tub was just Luke warm

Everything was excellent, the room was beautiful and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Wished the coffee was available all day. Only negative thing was the hot tub was lukewarm and the temperature in the gym was too hot to use.

The staff at this property are some of the best we have ever met! Helpful, friendly, and just a Joy to see every day, thank you for making our mini vacation special!

Price rip off because of Memorial Day weekend. Price was double what normally would be. Shame. shame.

The hot tub was not hot and the fitness room wasn't as well stocked with weights as the picture portrayed. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff from the start. Everyone was amazing, honestly! Ann at the front desk was so sweet. The breakfast was perfect and our room was meticulous. I wish hot tub was warmer but honestly other than that, 0 Complaints.
