Close to lots of things

The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location Our room was not properly cleaned. The toilet area had a pungent smell from improper cleaning of the toilet bucket. The pictures displayed on the website was a far cry from what we got

I liked that the staff was nice and the pool was amazing. I booked a queen bed and it was a full bed it wasn’t easy to share the space. Also the AC would turn off and my room ended up super hot during the middle of the night. When I was using the restroom I also had to kill and nickle sized spider. I didn’t like that breakfast was at 8 on weekends being that we had to be out before 7.

The location was good for my purpose. We had to be moved until we accepted the third room. The first two were unacceptable because of the smell. The shower curtains were soured terribly. After that experience the whole place left a feeling of lack of cleanliness. We did not get comfortable for the remainder of our stay. Also, the television situation was unacceptable. And the gym seemed to be neglected. On the plus side the associate working the front desk went out of her way to help resolve our situation. Ihg members expect and deserve better.

It was close to our ultimate destination. Breakfast was good for “continental”. There were 4 of us in the room- all adults - all on the booking - and three towels were provided. 2 of us are women - and alone use 2 towels each.

Clean, nice size rooms. Breakfast was good and nice pool.

Front lobby area was decorated so cute. The front desk staff was friendly. The free breakfast was nice. No complaints.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby area smelled clean, and our room was cleaned well. We got a room with a King bed and pull out sofa and there wasn't any extra bedding in the room so we had to ask at the desk for sheets and pillows for the pull out. We got a noise complaint from downstairs for pulling out the couch as it was pretty loud, and sound proofing could be better in the rooms. King sized bed was comfy, but the pull out was not. Breakfast was pretty good with eggs, sausage and sausage gravy, a pancake machine, cereals, juices and coffee. The pool was nice for the kids as it had a large shallow area, but use caution because the bottom of the pool/liner is slippery.

The bed, pillows and towels were soft and inviting. The eggs were cold for breakfast.

I was very clean and a great breakfast to start the day.

The only thing I didn't like was that

Very clean easy to get too very nice Person checking us in was very rude. I noted 4 months prior to our arrival we would be coming in for a wedding needed to check in about 1ish because of wedding starting at 3:30 pm and they approved it but check in lady was rude didn’t believe me and argued with me I had email stating approved and even on check in paperwork I had to sign stated CUSTOMER WILL BE ARRIVING FOR AN EARLY CHECK IN BUT SHE STILL THREW EVERYTHING AROUND PISSED OFF
