This place should be removed from your directory, as the facilities are run-down and poorly maintained. I would never use this facility in the future!

This was one of the worst motel stays I’ve ever experienced. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedding, holes in the walls with bugs coming out of them, and hair all over the bathtub and floor, and the refrigerator did not work in the room which was a major inconvenience for a breastfeeding mother. It was very clear the room had not been properly cleaned. The entire building smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana, which made it extremely unpleasant. The conditions were unsanitary and unacceptable. We had booked the room for 2 nights and only stayed one and left as soon as we could. I would not recommend staying here and regret booking this motel.

The hotel smells really bad and the hallway is very dirty and very old but for the price I didn’t expect much. The staff was helpful and kind but I wouldn’t go there again. There was nobody at check out when I left

For the price of our two nights, I believe it could have been cheaper. The hotel could use a remodel. One of our towels was not clean. The fitness equipment was broken and so was the ice machine in our hallway. There were 2 bugs in our room as well. The staff was friendly.

This picture is not what it look like the staff was terrible. Had 2 rooms an 5 persons in each a they had the nerve to act like we didn't need more than 2 towels/washcloths. Ice machine didn't work trash outside was full when I arrived. Just the outdoor pool for the grands was the best part of stay. Breakfast was bread, cereal an cofffe. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone

Very clean and neat, definitely was worth what we payed for the 2 night we were there, pool was nice, the gym was good too. The ac was ice cold and worked really well. One thing is the remote control for the TV wasn't working due to dead batterys so I had to call room service. The bathroom fan was really loud and it looked like they tried to fix it but it was still loud.

Nothing The rooms are dirty. AC sounds like generator. Horrible looking beds and bathroom was nasty. I had to live couldn’t spend 1hr in the room

There is no way the pictures used are anywhere near current. Neither room we had didn’t have something broken. The ceiling look like it had been patched 10 different spots. We had 2 rooms. I called for days and could not get anyone on the phone to ask if we could have connected rooms got there and they are like oh yeah we have some but you had to be earlier … Upon checking in we waited 25 minutes for someone to come and open the door. The ladies were nice when they came The fridge in one room did not work. They clearly had no idea but the way it smelled it was not a recent breakage. This hotel was very good cost and clean overall but that’s where it ends very. We had 7 people on the reservation and we had 3 towels between the two rooms. And then it looks like they came and cleaned the room and still left only 3 towels again between the 2 rooms. Just overall an very poor presentation we will not return despite the affordability and closeness to Hershey park

The motel is older and a bit aged (paint and carpeting is showing wear). Obviously short-staffed

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had! They property was extremely dirty, the room stunk so bad, the sheet and comforter smelled like body odor, musty, mold, it was so bad I can’t describe the smell. When I asked for mew sheets they said there wasn’t staff on the property so they would see what they could do. I had only been there an hour because I arrived late and I asked for my money back at that point because the beds were covered in yellow stains there were spiders crawling everywhere, hallways smelled like weed, and dogs barking all night… they refused and said I could leave but they would charge me one night and refund one. They harassed us in the morning by the door when we were leaving and didn’t want to give us towels. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! The gentleman in the front desk and the lady that helped me check out were respectful and helpful but other then that, worst experience I ever had!

No heat at all in the middle of a winter storm. No hot water pressure . The worst of the worst and they have the nerve to say you can’t smoke in the rooms what a joke. Ashes all over the bathroom. Whatever you do don’t stay here ever . I booked for two nights, I left the next morning and didn’t even bother asking for my money back

Amenities were old for use and it says they offer breakfast but they don’t.

Nothing to really like about the property when I first came in staffing didn’t know English had to call a guy on video. Chat to help them register me in. Everything the moment I came in it was a bad start and they had no cold water into 10 pm

late check has us waiting for a while after calling the phone number a few times. other guest were very loud during quiet hours.

Unfortunately the hotel did not look nothing like the pictures, everything was outdated, not clean at all, pool was green and dirty.

I think it needs updated but everything else was fine Old furniture
