Highland Inn New Cumberland

Property was definitely in need of some TLC, room was clean, but definitely had a odor price was very inexpensive, but I don’t think I would stay there again

The floor of the room was disgusting. The beds were cleanly no bedbugs however, they’re a long-term people that stay there making it feel a little uncomfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Only down sides was noise from highway which isn't a problem for us, and the door did not lock easily. So if staying multiple nights may be sketchy to leave room unattended. The bolt locked from inside but outside did not.

We really enjoyed our stay. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again!

Staff immediately informed us about all the things that we would be charged extra for. White linen bed and towels - if anything got on it, extra charge. They smelled like pee too and the room was already covered in stains. You can't have the coffee maker and the microwave or the AC on at the same time because the power will trip. Most of the lights didn't work. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and kept tipping in on both sides. Overall just bad.

I liked this room a lot better than the last one I stayed in back in December. Room seemed bigger and I liked the layout better.

Staff very pleasant and professional. Our room was exceptionally clean. We were so happy with our stay. Loved the fact that there was vinyl planked flooring. I do not like carpeting in hotels. This is a vintage hotel. Not perfect, but very clean, safe, and a wonderful value. It sits close to the highway, but the sounds didn’t bother our sleep. Comfortable beds, and great water pressure and water temperature. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a stress free stay. Nothing.

My husband and I have stayed at highland Inn many of times. So much so we have an assigned room when we stay.The price and the staff is amazing.

Friendly staff, easy check in-check out. Incredible price Hastily done renovations, half-done feeling. Very hard mattress.

This place was a total dump. We arrived an hour early and once we were told it would cost us $25 more to check in at 2, we looked around and realized it was more like a "no-tell motel". In fact, this morning our son was at the gas station below the motel and there were lots of law enforcement up there. It falls me to lose my $53 but a big HELL NO!! EVERYTHING!
