I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in New Orleans. My suite was clean and very spacious! And I absolutely love the location!! Everything was within walking distance and the streetcar picked up right in front of the hotel. I will most definitely book this hotel again!

Of course it was within walking distance of my location. Just nice friendly and clean

Great location

Clean room. Too small but very clean. Very good stay
-
The overall stay was fine. It definitely needs new carpet and other maintenance repairs. However, it served the purpose of my stay location and rate wise. Breakfast choice for hot food could be improved.

Thanks to you, I had a great time.

The room was nice but the staff never called back after I gave them my number for a check in time and then after hours I finally called and they said I could check in after they hung up on me. Then I asked for a late check out for 12 instead of 11 and of course they turned that down. Overall the room was nice but the staff didn’t match it.

Nothing Parking and all the street noise

Breakfast was fantastic! Liked the location and ease of transportation to and from the hotel. Sofa bed was rough to sleep on but otherwise, amenities were good.

Quick stay but nice hotel and breakfast with egg and waffles

Descent hotel we stayed on the 16th floor I've never been in a room that high. Very quiet and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable bed

Our room was 75+ degrees even with it set on 68. The maintenance was called multiple times and when we finally crossed paths with the guy on the final trip he proceeded to point his infrared thermometer into the vent that had cold metal inside but not blowing air in the separated off bedroom space instead of measuring the temperature in the actual room. He then proceeded to gaslight us into saying there was nothing wrong and the interaction was so rude that we just ended it there. The front desk also refused to find us a room where the AC was working as you’d expect when you PAY MONEY for a hotel room in 2026. Without trying to escalate to a manager or go to corporate to potentially just get told the same thing. It was actually a bit cooler in the living area where air was actually somewhat blowing from the single vent on the wall above the thermostat. Left without no choice besides cancelling the stay and scrambling for a probably nonexistent alternative accommodation we decided to take it upon ourselves and dragged the king sized mattress in to the living area. We luckily also brought some small portable fans for the event we were in town for, so we used those as an extra cooling source. There was also a pull out bed in the loveseat in the living area that was way too small for two men to share, so that wasn’t an option either. By far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. Hilton needs to make sure AC works on EVERY floor; at the very least be accommodating.

I loved the location of this property. It was a short walk to Bourbon with all of the other attractions very close by. The room that we stayed in had a horrible sewage smell but we rolled with it.

The stay was great, but trying to deal with the hotel front desk and general manager in regards to a refund has been a terrible process. No one returns your phone calls. I was ignored until I called corporate today and they had to call on behalf for me. I had two bookings and one was made in mistake with the wrong dates chosen. I admit that is my fault, but do not promise a refund and a receipt of the refund and not go through with it. My bank has no knowledge of a refund coming through. It has been 10 business days. Now I am being pushed back to Hotels.com when I tried to call the GM back to let her know there is no refund being processed through my bank. She refused to speak to me. Hotels.com finally got my refund processed and now I wait another 7-10 business days. I will not be back and most likely will not stay at another Hilton owned property.

service I was suppose to have a king bed and had a queen bed but all was good

Spend the extra money and stay somewhere nicer.

Great location. We enjoyed the hot breakfast, I know other reviews say different but we enjoyed it. They have flavored syrups, chocolate chips and whip cream for the waffles that the kids loved!!! Security was great. The only inconvenience was the walk to the parking garage. And it is $25 a night but other than that great great stay!!!
