It was BEAUTIFUL!! My style in decor. It was clean and close to Canal St. and the superdome. For my next trip to Nola, I will be staying here. Only one complaint, the towels were very hard!! A little fabric softener is very necessary.

I would recommend this to everyone who travels to New Orleans...the stay, people, food and location was excellent!! Will be returning for more stays in the near future

Great Experience
-
First time staying here and it was impressive. The public spaces were all nice and the floor where we stayed was quiet. The only thing was the ice machine on floor 6 did not work.
-
Other than that, I would consider staying here again. Very nice.

bigger bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner

Not far from bourbon, quiet, clean, spacious rooms

The stay was Great. The only part i didn’t like was the fact the air wouldn’t stay on a certain temperature and you have to set it back every so often..
-
Great hotel no problems, room was clean and comfortable

Great stay

This used to be a great hotel but management has allowed standards to slip dramatically. There is visible deferred maintenance everywhere from the floors to the pool and gym. Rooms did not even come with hand soap. Such a shame.

Super convenient

My husband and I went to New Orleans for the first time and we stayed at the Jung Hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of all Bourbon Street, The French Quarter and the French Market. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room is spacious. It is located on Canal Street, not too far from all the excitement, but far enough that you didn't hear a lot of noise at night. The trolly runs right by the hotel, so if you have to catch it, you don't have to go far. I would recommend this hotel. And if we ever return to New Orleans, I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed from Thursday through Sunday and requested housekeeping during my stay. Unfortunately, they didn’t actually clean the room—they only changed the bed sheets and didn’t address the dust or clean the bathroom. On a positive note, the location was great. Being downtown made it easy to get around the city, and my Uber rides to nearby attractions were convenient and inexpensive. The hotel has potential, but I think the housekeeping and overall cleanliness need significant improvement to provide a better guest experience.

There was a need for them to pay closer attention to the details. While Kleenex were sticking out of a box in the bathroom, there was no box of Kleenex in the box. Like literally, there was nothing under the pretty leather Kleenex box cover. There was a small bottle of shower gel in the shower, but there was no hand soap on the sink. The staff came in and made our beds and took out the trash while we were gone, but left the mud from my daughter's shoes on the floor. Like, they had to step over it to make the beds, but they just left it. SMH! Also, this place would be so much better with carpet in the hallways. We could hear every roller bag that came down the hallway all night long. It was still a good stay for the money and it met our needs. I just highly recommend that they pay closer attention to the details.

There was no hot water and the staff gave us complicated directions to work a shower and the hot water never worked. There was no soap bars in the room and only one staff member at the front desk. The area of the hotel was not very safe feeling. We moved hotels after we had to stay 2 nights.

We came to New Orleans for my birthday, my guest and I stayed at the Jung Hotel. It was amazing 😁 the rooms was nice, the hotel was beautiful. We had an awesome experience. It sits right on Canel where everything is at, It was a 8 minute walk to bourbon street. I will be staying here again.

I wasn’t planning to leave a negative review, despite several issues during our stay. The rooftop was inaccessible, we had to go downstairs to request towels, and someone became sick in the elevator. Unfortunately, the elevator remained uncleaned for an extended period, which was unpleasant for guests. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of communication and confusion surrounding the charges on my account. I parked at the hotel, and my parking ticket was marked “paid” before I ever made a payment, so I reasonably believed it had already been handled. When I checked out, the front desk told me everything was complete and that I was “good to go.” At no point was I told that there were any outstanding charges or that I needed to pay separately for parking. Initially, I saw pending charges of $75 and $38 on my account. When the charges posted, the amounts changed and no longer matched what had originally been pending. I contacted the hotel to understand the charges, but no one could clearly explain them or provide me with a receipt showing exactly what I had been billed for. Whether this was a training issue, a billing issue, or a communication issue, guests should be able to receive an accurate explanation and documentation for charges made to their account. My conversation with the manager only added to my frustration. I felt that I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain my concerns, rathe

We love the Jung hotel! We stay there every time we’re in New Orleans. The staff is beyond amazing and super attentive to everything we needed.

The decor The teenagers hanging out in front of the building. The pool was disgusting. My bathroom had a little pieces of hair around it. The hallways smell like marijuana at every corner. The staff was horrible. There was only one lady when I checked in. There was very polite. Everyone else that I encountered was rude. I use valet, every time I call for my car. It was over 40 minute wait with no one else waiting in front of me. When I return after going out, the valet left my car in front of the building all night. With multiple people hanging out in front of the building. There were not guests at the hotel.
