Very clean and updated rooms Location was a little ways down from the French quarter but still a nice hotel

The price, location, facility and staff was all top tier! Definitely my new destination when in New Orleans!

Location is ok, large rooms, very quick valet parking Very busy on the nights /weekends , need to call for room service , blocked city view, expect to pay $57 plus tip per day for parking

3 night stay. Coffee not replenished. Hand towels and wash clothes were picked up but not replaced. We’re told we had to ask for service. If you come in and take, you should replace. While your their note missing coffee especially since coffee pot was plugged in bathroom. Outlet did not work for the table that it was on. Asked how restaurant food was and was brunch was. I haven’t eaten here. Staff should be able to provide info. We walked to breakfast outside restaurant. Asked for recommendations on tours, don’t know. This is a tourist town staff should be versed on how to answer Service, front desk inability to answer questions and responds that they provide. A cleaner looking staff would be more acceptable. Front desk is the first thing we we, not good impression We did have awesome service from a young female valet server. Friendly, helpful. Asked if we were going out and recoils gave our car. She was true to her word

When I walked into my room I was immediately impressed. The size of the room for the price I paid was great. The front desk clerk was helpful when I asked if he had a travel size toothpaste. He gave me a toothbrush that had it built in. The pool area is a vibe. I was the only one at the pool when I went but I could see it being a very lively environment. Only problem I had was the hot water in the shower didn’t really get hot and the size of the soap for the shower was very small. Other than that I would definitely stay here again and recommend

They put us right across the elevator which was poorly maintained and made very loud noise when it opened door. It’s very annoying when we wanted to rest and sleep.

Booked my stay here for a weekend to see a concert at the superdome. Great walking distance from the superdome AND the French quarter. The pool was great for the hot days I spent out there. Not too crowded at any point. Good sized room! I would definitely stay here again. They also have a restaurant and a bar that I unfortunately didn’t get to check out. The staff also are so homey!

The young lady at the front desk named Monique was excellent. She was very helpful with whatever we needed. The thing that I did not like the microwave did not work on second floor. The rooms needs to have microwaves another downfall that we didn’t like we had to pay two dollars per luggage to secure our luggage before we check in and after we check out, I think that we shouldn’t have to pay to have our luggage secured. We have stayed in other hotels and didn’t have to pay for security of our luggage when we r staying there.

It was clean the morning staff was greetable but the night staff was not pleasant Cleanses and the bathroom upgrades love the high toilets

The hotel is beautiful and in a central spot. We were able to get around walking to many spots we wanted to see. Monique at the front desk was amazing. Not only is she a beautiful individual but very helpful with out check-in and check out process.

Staff were friendly and always available for any needs.

The Jung is my goto hotel whenever I’m visiting down in New Orleans. I stayed here when they first opened and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else. The hotel is within walking distance to just about everything and right outside the hotel is a trolley stop that will take you all the way up Canal St. and if you are going to a football game again..Walking distance to the stadium. The hotel is still clean, the staff kind and help and overall just a good experience.

The location was good, the room was ok. The noise in the room was horrible. The sound of cars going by was way too loud. There was very loud music playing. The property was clean.
