Nice pool

so beautiful

Don’t expect good housekeeping even if you handsomely tip the cleaning staff. No hot water in the shower. You can’t call the front desk from the rooms and depending on who is working, you don’t want to reach them anyway. The toilets in the rooms are square… literally square. I ended up going to a common area restroom because the room toilet is so impractical. No onsite restaurant. If you have a conference here, I recommend staying elsewhere.

This property is a bait and switch I’d like to call it. The photos look great, the price is even better. Upon walking in to check in, you have high hopes. Looks beautiful. You go into your room or anywhere else besides the front lobby you’ll regret your stay. Don’t step foot into the pool. Between hair, weaves, bugs, and the water looking like it hasn’t been shocked since the beginning of the year, you’ll wanna save yourself from the unknown effects. Our first room was infested with ants, got moved to another room. Then our 2nd room had blood on the walls and the curtains were ripped to no end. The cleanliness of this places was definitely a 0/10. It could be a really nice hotel, but the only good things about it was the staff. Very helpful, very polite, and always accommodating to the best of their ability. Everything needed to be replaced downstairs from the seats up against the wall with clear wear and tear from years of service, the outdoor area upstairs on the 6th floor by the pool where the chair cushions smelled, the speakers in the ceiling of the covered bar area were rusted to no end as well as light fixtures with exposed wires that had fallen in the bar counter tops. The hallway of both the floors 4&5 had some cleanliness issues along with electrical with the doorbells or whatever you want to call them coming off the way with exposed electrical wires as well. This place needs an entire renovation and needs to give accurate depictions of what people are paying for.

Great place and great price!

Rooms are very spacious and clean. The pillows are awful. I woke up in the morning with a neck ache. They also regulate the water temp, which means you’ll have to shower with whatever temperature they’re consider good.

Clean room. Excellent staff.

The pool area was ok, but there weren’t any clean towels to dry off and front desk NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. In the process of meeting my husband in the lobby, I was stung by a bee on my leg. I’m not understanding how that even happened but I will say bees were floating in the pool as well. The hotel itself is very nice, just be careful not to get stuck on the 17th floor, you’ll have to get back on the elevator and figure out which floor will get you back to the lobby, it’s a maze.. I’ll rate my stay a 6 out of 10.

I always have a great stay when I book at the Jung. Especially Dakota at the front desk. That's my guy. I really gonna miss his jokes and always taking time to offer advice. Hotel is clean, quiet and in a good area to get to everything. We walked to and from the hotel to bourbon in the night and never felt unsafe. Will book again. Until next time Dakota
