SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Orleans Downtown/Canal Street

Staff were attentive, polite and professional. Breakfast was okay. Reserved two rooms, had an issue with one which had a bedbug. Room moved to have a significant size crack in the window and then there was an issue with the toilet leaking as well.

I loved the location, rooftop bar, and friendly staff. I didn’t like that the housekeeper didn’t clean the room. We had a suite with five people. Trash and dirty towels were piled super high.

I really enjoyed how friendly and the hospitality of the front desk folks... They were knowledgeable of the city and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. More fruit options. More events(Live music, Dj and/or karokee) at roof top bar!

The rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with our tv but it was resolved swiftly. Breakfast was nice and there were different options throughout our stay, which I loved. My only issue was with the cleaning of the rooms. They said the maids were suppose to come every 2 days but they only came once during our stay which was our last day and we had to go to the front desk for tissue and towels and we weren't the only set to do so. However, overall I did enjoy my stay at the hotel.
