Really nice rooms pretty well kept we went with the dogs. Not too many grassy places near by but we used the grass a block or 2 down the road behind the hotel next to the fire station.

Clean room/ facility, nice staff and delicious varieties for breakfast. If we return to New Orleans we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. Great location close to things. We parked across the street from hotel for $20 a night.

Ample rooms with kitchen, close to everything, clean, safe, friendly staff. Will definitely book here. The street car route is right across the hotel so traveling up and down canal is convenient.

The location was good. It was clean and well kept. I would stay again. There was a false fire alarm that went off at 4am that took forever to resolve. Nothing was offered for this situation and I felt there should have been something being we had to walk down 13 flights of stairs. Also the breakfast bar was empty before the ending and nothing was replenished. Not even the bagels.

Just a few minor details to the room that I would suggest needed upgrading. Other than that, it was a great stay. Good location central to the French Quarter. They provide free breakfast, which had great options. Front staff was very friendly and helpful.
