Great price for the view and very clean property

I traveled with my 14 year old daughter. If she is excited about the room, it's an amazing stay. She is very picky No complaints

We had family at the hospital nearby so for that reason it worked out very well for us there, and had parking nearby. Rooms were nice and breakfast was pretty good. Parking was kind of confusing at first but we figured it out. And cleaning service didn’t come at all during our 3 night stay so we had to go get toilet paper and new towels at the front desk.

The sofa beds are very uncomfortable There was kind of like a sewage smell at times Water fountain is only on one floor i would appreciate if it could be anywhere where there's an ice machine

The location was good. It was clean and well kept. I would stay again. There was a false fire alarm that went off at 4am that took forever to resolve. Nothing was offered for this situation and I felt there should have been something being we had to walk down 13 flights of stairs. Also the breakfast bar was empty before the ending and nothing was replenished. Not even the bagels.

Just a few minor details to the room that I would suggest needed upgrading. Other than that, it was a great stay. Good location central to the French Quarter. They provide free breakfast, which had great options. Front staff was very friendly and helpful.
