Staff was professional but a little mix up with room cancelation. Booked 3 rooms initially. canceled one but they were showingi canceled two. Room clean. Location very good but no microwave which i needed. No shuttle or golf cart to near by places No microwave in room or shuttle

The trip started out at check in with very nice valet, porters and staff. The room was extremely clean and fresh. All amenities were available. The bathroom was large and comfortable. I will be back.

nothing that was on the website was in that hotel this time never answered any of messages when it comes to dinner or lunch or breakfast or any of that. nobody offered to come clean the room after coming to the desk and asking them. why hasn't anyone responded back? absolutely everything
