Amazing time!!

Everything was good

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The price was awesome and everything was done smoothly.
-
Everything was clean and comfortable! I was extremely happy about my stay. The beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was fine. Great location for all of the festivities that we had planned. However, our water pressure for showers was cold and staying there for 4 nights made that an uncomfortable inconvenience. The sink water was very hot, so there had to be an issue as to why we experienced cold rushed showers. I also made the front desk aware but it was literally brushed off and I guess they just made a note of it. The room was not done daily but that may be their operational practices, I’m not sure. There was also a leak in our window seal the day it rained.

Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly Staff.

Great location, lots to do. Convenient parking. Casino was good too. Will stay again!

Everything about our stay was fantastic!
-
water was lukewarm the whole time.

The next day, another manager incorrectly told me I had already used the credit. After I showed him my receipt proving I had paid with my credit card at Emery's Kitchen, he apologized and said I would receive a $100 credit for the inconvenience. However, at checkout, I was told I only had a $50 credit, and the front desk employee was rude when I tried to explain what had happened. The poor communication between staff and the lack of follow-through on what was promised made for a frustrating experience.

The room no clean The bed was incredibly dirty; they didn't change the sheets
-
The room was not clean. There were stains on the couch and the furniture very old and dusty. Upon leaving they were trying to charge me some fees to my credit card when this was a work trip and any fees should have been placed on the company card. Will not stay again. Was my first time staying there but was not impressed.

Everything was nice and clean. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Nice location. Offer free parking to hotel guests. It was quite expensive to park in the city.
-
Nice hotel. Nice big rooms. This hotel we see me again.
-
I love the location, close to eateries and able to have access to the Casino 24hours.

Harrah’s hotel in New Orleans provided a nice, clean stay near lots of restaurants and things to do. However, our stay would’ve been better if we had access to a microwave (none on property available for use), and a better parking situation. They offer valet-only parking at $50.00 a night (common in major cities) but the service can be slow or even unavailable sometimes. Be prepared to park offsite and walk. Other than that, the staff was great and the location is unbeatable!

Convenient location

The carpet is outdated and dingy- and the bathroom needed to be cleaned better and the tables and counter space in room were smudged. Carpet needed vacuuming as there were obvious pieces of dirt visible on the floor. The parking, specifically says, take your ticket and pay for parking before returning. The machine was out of order, and it took 20-30 min to get an answer to be able to pay. Then when we go to pay, the screen on the parking garage was broken. Needless to say, we were not impressed at all with the staff. The hotel has the ability to be top notch- as it is in a prime location and has the bones to be great! I went against my instinct after reading reviews and booked based on price, location, and space. I do feel there are better options and the hotel has the ability to have a higher rating but they need to refresh their staff on hospitality and ensure proper standards of cleanliness are upheld.

It was a great central location. Although my hotel room was at Harrahs, which is owned by Caesars apparently so getting to the correct destination for check-in was less than fun. But the staff was wonderful. The room was nice. Walk-in shower and soaking tub. Good view.
