No complaints. The bed is surprisingly exceptionally comfortable! More comfortable than our bed at home There was a small mishap/altercation that happend in the parking lot where cops were called & blocked us from getting in after a long day of venturing. Had to wait for like 15 mins before being able to park & go inside. But beside that little hiccup, no complaints.

Location, service. All!

Security gate kept my car safe. My first floor window didnt lock. deadbolt on door didnt engage with the doorframe. Staff said "None on the windows on the first floor latch. Weve been getting a lot of complaints." and also refused to move me to a room on the second floor.

In particular I liked that I felt safe 24/7. And I feel bad about a comment in an earlier review - staff was not only as nice as they have to be, they were actually very nice, always helpful and friendly! I was just comparing it to e.g. fancy hotels where staff goes beyond themselves for service and overwhelm you with friendliness. The walls are very thin.

The staff was wonderful.

Definitely not the Ritz but it's a nice big and clean space. No (more) room service after check in. Most of the staff are only as friendly as necessary.

It was very clean and the staff was so helpful. I really liked how the parking was gated. It was also a quick walk to the city streetcars which made it easier to get around the city! The only thing that I would say was a downside about staying here is that the walls are super thin.

Very close to red trolley (tram) to travel downtown in 10mins (for $3 per day). Catch on Canal St at corner of Dorgenois St. Hotel is very safe. Didn’t find the staff welcoming. They don’t seem happy in their jobs. TV doesn’t work unless staff log you in each day, or you have USA TV accounts. No good for internationals. My door pass needed reprogramming every day as it didn’t work when I got back each day. No laundry, no kettle, no tea station other than coffee machine behind reception desk. I didn’t like to ask! No daily housekeeping despite being advertised. On third day I asked and they said it is only if you ask. So I did, and when I got back that afternoon, my room hadn’t been serviced. A lot of people I met stayed down at the waterfront end of Canal St. That seems to be the area to stay.

Location was brilliant. Just off Canal Street and very easy access to the Streetcars that you can use all day for just $3 and they take you straight into the city centre. Gated car park and hotel and free parking. Very close to breakfast/lunch/dinner restaurants and diners. Coffee and water given out from reception was a nice touch. Staff were very helpful and there were a couple of areas with sofa's and a bar area if you wanted to use them. Would have been great to have a small fridge in the room and maybe tea/coffee making facilities as there were definitely room for them.

The location was great. Short walk to Street Car. Restaurants within walking distance. I felt safe which is extremely important to me as a solo traveler They only offer YouTube TV and that didn’t work one day of my stay

Everything was very clean, the staffs were very friendly and helpful, and room was cozy and comfortable. There is a Street Car (Trolley) near the hostel that allow us to go the all locations in the city by public transportation. There was water and coffee available free of charge. Nothing to inform.

It was a very spacious and clean room. There is a parking on a side which is gated so made us feel really safe. There is no cable , only stream service but who has a time for TV there

This hotel took a 100usd deposit from us, and every other guest it seems. It's been 8 days since they took the deposit, the staff member on the front desk said it would be returned within 3 days, clearly he lied to us. His attitude was also appalling for a customer facing role, it was if he was going out of his way to be like a robot. Aside from the fraudulent behaviour of holding on to deposits well beyond an acceptable amount of time the room was not clean enough, we found a hair on the bed, hairs on the floor, the bath mat was dirty and the walls are so thin you can hear other guests.. Unless you have a car it's not a great area to stay either.

No aerial antenna or basic TV, only Chrome Cast. Maximum simplicity.

The wifi was there sometime It's a few feet from rallys and dollar general lol That charge a 100 dollars incidentals , not sure why there is nothing to break except the TV, and then they make you wait a month to get it back , it's still pending in my account
