Roami at Factors Row

Check for anole as i found one in the bed room!!

A very modern, clean, well located residence. I would quickly sign up again.

Everything was excellent I will recommend and be back again

Positives: good location, quiet, comfortable beds. Now the negatives: no maid service, tried to was towels but dryer was broken. My daughter made the mistake of walking barefoot and her feet were black! At the top of very high ceilings there was a curtain rod just hanging and I was afraid it would fall on someone’s head. But the worst thing to happen was a MOUSE running through the living room! There were traps all around and mouse droppings and urine in several corners and in a grave in one of the bedrooms. We could hear them squeaking in the walls at night! This needs to be addressed!!

Property was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Bourbon street was a 10 minute walk away and the pier for the riverboat cruise was a 15 minute walk away. Many many restaurants were close by - A+ location. We never took a taxi or Uber except for the airport. Sometimes it was tough to get someone on the phone. Kitchen was modern and convenient. Found a Sprite bottle and bra under my bed but would still definitely stay here again.

My internet was a little slow so check-in was a bit of a pain since I could not see the email with the codes and room number enclosed. Luckily there was a staff person there to help. It was all just a little confusing for a first timer. The room was spacious and clean. Room #215 needs a second curtain to block out the light. There is an exterior light outside the window so you have to cover your head if you are a light sleeper. Bed was good, a little low but good. Great location if you are attending an event in the cdb and want to walk to the quarter.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t book this accommodation again. To start with check in , we were out front for approximately 30 minutes putting in the code the facility provided us, we later found out this was not the right code. After that we found critters in our bed rooms and bathroom. But it was a short distance from bourbon st.

Lovely clean property, nice apartments and easy access for restocking coffees etc downstairs. Very nice indeed!

I just wouldn’t recommend booking. Too many issues from start to finish

Nice and quiet area, but. Also not far from Bourbon street and the French quarter.

it was very easy to check in. we were able to store our luggage in the lobby early so we could explore.

This place was beautiful, spacious, clean and conveniently located but the checkin process was a nightmare! We had to call to get the code to enter the building and then it was wrong. After 4 or 5 phone calls we finally got in. That alone may deter me from booking it again on future trips.

Perfect location, great space and amazing night stay. Slept so good!

Beautiful room that was within close proximity to everything. Several restaurants nearby. Will definitely consider this place in the future.

We had a wonderful stay!!! We had a 2 bedroom/1 bath. It was perfect for our family of 4. We used the sofa bed for one of our kids. It is a very easy location to get to everything. The common area had a grand piano that my son liked playing. Beautiful terrace/garden areas. Easy to get extra towels etc.

We paid for early check in for noon and weren’t able to access until after 2pm but then locked out again until 4pm. There were no sheets blankets for sofa sleeper…didn’t feel like we got what we paid for or expected

The check process was very inconvenient. It was the worst part of the stay. I had to speak with 2 representatives before I was finally granted access into the property. I stood outside in front of the property for at least 20 minutes before I was able to get access. I was questioned buy numerous individuals entering and as it building as if I didn't belong there. I booked this particular place because it said free parking. When I arrived there was no parking. They suggested that I park in a garage a block away. I had literally six bags to carry. The apartment was nice. However, the seats on a bed have brown stains on them. The shower had here from the previous guest.in it. The floors weren't swept thoroughly as they should have been.

Had all the features we were looking, toaster, frying pan, coffee maker, etc. the only thing that could have made it outstanding would have been having had a working pin for the building entry keypad on arrival. A phone call quickly sorted that out. Enjoyed our stay at Roami on factor row, and felt the location has an excellent walking score

This room was perfect for me and my family

DONT NOT RECOMMEND
