Breakfast was great cleanliness was on point no problems Well they charged me twice idk how that happened maybe bc I did pre check in. Fee was supposed to come off when I arrived it didn't overall by check out time it was put back on card

Parking is in a garage and you MUST check-in first before you can park or the gate won't open. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

When I needed towels, they were available. When I voiced a concern about the stairwell, it was addressed. The stairwells need more attention. I really don't like the tight parking.

Room was clean... Great Location couple blocks from Bourbon Street... Desk clerks AWESOME Had a small issue with Tv Remote and Door wasn't locking properly... Maintenance Guy was kind of rude... didn't have time to fix it... he told me to wiggle door til the locks... smh... lol

The bed was AMAZING, the room was spacious the staff was helpful and accurate. The hotel was close to everything I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better stay Well, lol I booked the other one last year, on Royal. I thought I was staying there again. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at Garden Baronne lol No fault of yours, completely mine and I'll be back next year
