It is super old, rooms look very old and shabby. Only plus is its location is very good.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Everything and everyone is excellent. Plenty of hot water. Very friendly and accommodating. Jack and Brett at the front desk are wonderful and friendly. Saturday night I got lost and called the front desk. They stayed on the phone and talked me through how to get back to the hotel. I believe Jack was the gentleman that helped me. The streets were closed everywhere and he told me what to do. I have never seen nicer employees the second floor cleaning ladies where friendly and respectful and helpful. One lady didn’t know very much English but she gave us fresh towels. I loved staying there.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room smelled like pee. The shower curtain had mold on it. Our car windshield was cracked. The General Manager was no help at all. Couldn’t tell me how it happened when it was parked in their garage and was not moved. The pretty much told me that all my issues with the stay is my fault. The towels and wash clothes stink.

Overall the stay was fine.

Great location. Reasonable price.

Great location, room dated and smelled like mildew. Staff was friendly. The coffee shop was great, avocado toast add bacon was delicious!!! No pool. But if you just want cheap and great location this your spot. They have a parking garage but we walked and used streetcar or Lyft during stay.

-
Perfect location, quiet and very friendly staff
-
I was charged twice and the building is older.
-
good location. workout room did not have a treadmill but did have enough to make it work.
-
Was not that clean either. But the main problem was the noise at night
-
The only thing is parking is tight. No trucks or suvs.
-
Honestly this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Doors have a huge gap to the floor, the shower curtains and rod were literally hanging, the fire alarm went off, and to top it off i found a dirty sock on the “clean bed”

The hotel was noisy all nigh long, you can hear everything through the walls, there is drunk people coming in and out all night being super noisy without enyone saying anything to them, the design of the hotel allows you to hear everithing in the lobby from your room, the personnel is indiferent to anything, the parking lot is complicated with just a ramp to enter and exit, i will not stay there again or recomende it at all

The hotel itself was nice and a good walking distance to everywhere! With that being said we had our room broken into and all our stuff stolen! The property manager said there are no cameras in the hotel and nothing they could do! Mind you we double checked the room was locked every time we left! The staff was unhelpful with reassuring us or trying to help! Mind you our keys stopped working multiple times and asked if there was a problem. We ended up leaving a day early! We did have great interactions with most of the staff, but it just felt very uneasy!
