Hotel Scherman

all good including continental breakfast except our TV stopped working in the middle of a World Cup game around 10:30pm and never came back, not even the next morning.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. It’s very small and tucked away on West 46th, but the rooms are relatively spacious for Manhattan and the complementary breakfast was also a nice surprise. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also beautiful with lots of great places to sit. I would definitely recommend the Scherman and would like to stay here again.

Our stay was perfection! Our beautiful and spacious room had windows overlooking charming Restaurant Row. We also loved starting our days with the healthy options at breakfast in the gorgeous bar area. And we spent as much time on the perfect rooftop area as we possible could. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to booking again in the future.

Excellent staff. Excellent accommodations. I wish there were additional amenities like a toothbrush and a toothpaste. But these are very minor minuses.

Great staff and for sure amazing location if you are looking to be close to restaurants and time square. Be aware that there is no elevator on one of the towers.

This property was in a great location on restaurant row. We stayed in. 2 bedroom suite and were absolutely blown away! So beautiful, clean and comfortable. Beautiful terrace and elegant design. This is a true hidden gem:

Bathroom was all new, small but functional. The shower head itself did not work but the hand-held nozzle did. Quirky, ok but quirky. Breakfast the next morning was upstairs in a room overlooking the bar next door to the hotel. It was very good. All we could ask for. I’d stay here again. Good location. Nice staff

One of the best trips I have ever taken in my life and Hotel Scherman made it all happen! From the location to the staff, everything was AMAZING! Very clean! Very helpful! Breakfast was great! Great selection! Location was phenomenal! I will be booking again!!

Awesome location, and space (we had the two bedroom, two bathroom with kitchenette and large balcony) for 2 moms and 3 adult children. Loved that we had the living space and balcony to rehash our busy days in and around Manhattan. We purchased a nice air mattress and placed in the larger bedroom since the sofabed was pretty warn & tired. I offered to leave it for the hotel management and the owner credit our account for the cost of it which was fair. Staff was great and place was clean. Would have only recommended a newer couch and kitchen cabinets. Just a little TLC and this place would be top notch. Even still the staff was great / accommodating and location was perfect.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location of the city! Our only criticism was the noise coming from the neighboring bar/restaurant at night which made it more difficult to go to sleep, especially on the first floor. I'd reco a higher floor if you can get it but everything else was top notch!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. It manages to feel incredibly cozy while being just steps away from great restaurants and the theater district. The entire property was exceptionally clean, but the real highlight was our phenomenal penthouse with a terrace—the perfect spot to unwind. A massive thank you to the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We are already planning our next trip and will absolutely be back soon!
