Clean and comfortable. Close to NY Presbyterian Weill Cornell hospital which is what we needed. That said, shower had zero hot water!! Not good!!!

We had a very horrible view with construction right up against the window. We also woke up in sweats because the AC was broken. When we asked to move rooms after night 1, the front desk told us they were completely full even though there were rooms available to book online, and they assured us the AC would get fixed but it never did (still so hot night 2). Overall the room was okay but we had a bad experience - friends of ours had a nicer room and were okay with it.

I have never given a bad review for a hotel. The first room we were given smelled like urine. We got put into a different room and it still smelled like urine just not as bad as the first room. The carpets were all dirty and disgusting. The curtains were old and gross. The table in our room was sticky. The bath didn't drain. The whole hotel just felt dirty.

Was good but needed coffee and tea available at the hotel. Also more towels and pillows.
