No heating via the AC. Room heater was provided upon asking.

The hotel is great overall with clean rooms and great location. My only issue is the bathroom has no exhaust fan. I was also not thrilled with the amenities fee which was charged after I left. Otherwise everything was good

The location was perfect for what we were doing in NYC. The room was the most spacious room we have ever stayed in in NYC. Wonderful friendly staff! We will return!

Great hotel loved location, lots of construction going on so can be noisy . Clean room. Had a one bedroom perfect for my family of four . Four blocks from Central Park, close to subway .

It was fair. One night price was ok, 2nd night was outrageous in price so I did not stay! The room needed repairs, the towels were awful! The toilet paper location was unacceptable. The view was awful. I don’t think I would return to this hotel.

Really roomy comfortable and convenient rooms with full kitchens. A great option if you’re staying on the upper east side with a family. It’s not fancy, but high value. A great pick!

Exceptional

Nice size room. Helpful staff

One of the only places we could get a large enough room for the group. It was a large, clean space. Concierge was helpful with getting additional towels and blankets for the couch bed. The couch bed was not the most comfortable but it got the job done.

Lots of space for a group or family to enjoy your trip to NYC.

The location of the hotel was great, you could easily hop on the train and go wherever. Love that the room was spacious. Much bigger than I expected which is phenomenal. They couldn’t help this but there was construction starting the day after arrival. It was noisy and loud. They tried to keep the floors from being dusty from the construction but it’s inevitable to have some.

The room was big and clean, and they had a great coffee machine in the lounge. The staff in the lobby provided information when asked but acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. The worst problem was very noisy street construction going on all night long!

Passable

Great location on the Upper East Side and convenient for exploring Manhattan. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but the ongoing construction nearby was a major downside, with significant noise early in the morning and late into the night throughout our stay 6am to 2pm). Overall, a decent hotel, but the construction really impacted the experience.

The staff is wonderful, the rooms are fine. However rooms facing 64th street are barraged with a nonstop assault of construction noise (sometimes including a night shift).

We lile to stay at this property when we are visiting NYC. The one bedroom apartments are comfortable and well appointed. The location is perfect for our needs—close to public transportation, super market nearby, easy to get a car service.

A very spacious suite! The property is well maintained and managed. The friendly staff made it a great stay. We will return on our next trip to NYC.

I think it is a wonderful hotel for long stay or family vacations. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Location location and convenient to food stores and other amenities to support your needs. We loved having a kitchen to prepare our own quick breakfasts and even dinner on nights we were all tired from trekking around NYC. The corner mini grocery store “Dumb” has all you could need to eat right up to great prepared meals to go!
