Loews Regency New York Hotel

The location is very central and the lobby is a comfortable place to regroup. The bar and restaurant have a great vibe and the staff are all curtious , friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is why I keep coming back to the Loews Regency Hotel!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom first 3 nights then moved to a 1 bedroom with balcony for 2 nights. Both rooms were clean but furniture was worn, torn and couch in 1 room had disgusting stains. In the 2 bedroom we did use a rollaway also which was the most uncomfortable rollaway I’ve ever slept on by far. For the most part the staff was very nice! Really liked the housekeeper Ana, the front desk check-in ; even though had small mishaps and the restaurant staff were all incredibly friendly but my call with the concierge on the first day of my check-in was beyond rude. I can easily say that I will not be staying here again!

The Regency is Mei Hom away from home. What can I say? It is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world. I never go wrong when I’m at the Regency. The staff knows you on a first name basis your room is ready. Your favorite cocktail is probably waiting for you at the bar at breakfast. They know what you’re having for breakfast. The staff is impeccable. The people are impeccable. Nothing wrong about this hotel. I love this place.

Tip= for a quieter room, ask for higher floor.

Great location A bit old

I did not like the decor behind the registration desk. It was not in keeping with the rest of the hotel, which was excellent.

Lowes Regency Park Avenue My stay was wonderful because of the staff.. The room was clean and quiet room service was fast and the food was wonderful at the bar and grill, oh and good coffee too… I love the neighborhood and I have found my NYC hotel… We were greeted by Kennedy in the elevator and she immediately asked if she could do anything for us now or in the future to make our stay more comfortable as did all the staff…thank you Lowe’s Regency Park Ave One more thing great sheets…

I’m especially disappointed because staying at the Loews Regency New York Hotel had been on my must visit list for years. While the location and staff were wonderful, the overall value simply did not justify the cost, and unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.

the location is safe and the perfect spot for going out to elegant and fun restaurants. The guards are there 24/7 and the staff is friendly and very accommodating! When I arrived at 4:30pm (check in time is 4pm) I had to wait until 6pm for my room to be ready. This made me a little late to my dinner plans. Other than that there are only good things to say about this hotel.

This is the only hotel I stay in when I come to NYC. Everyone there is amazing!

You pay a lot of money to stay at this hotel with no complimentary bottles of water in the room. They offer 12.00 bottles of water. I didn't even drink one, and I was billed 16.00 for one that I picked up and looked at. The toilet paper and tissue paper are thin and rough.
