Loews Regency New York Hotel

The cleanliness, modern, neat and clean. Spacious rooms and bathroom. The location is perfect. And the vast selection of restaurants within walking distance. The restocking of the coffee station, no one never restocked it.

The staff is amazing. Bar, restaurant and location the best.

The hotel is beautiful, in a perfect location. The rooms are extremely well appointed and the bed linens were so comfortable. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist.

The staff were excellent, but the cleaness could be better. There was a little hair on the floor, and the toilet smelled slightly.

If i could give a rating of one hundred stars I would. Service is absolutely top notch on every level, from the moment you walk in being greeted by personable staff to housekeeping and room service. Cleanliness standards are very high, as well as all amenities. Restaurant is also beyond excellent, if only a bit pricey. However, that should be expected when one dines at this top-notch restaurant whose food is excellent and whose waitstaff makes you feel at home. This is MY home in New York. If you book here, you’d feel similarly.

Loved the front desk staff and the bell staff. Hated that I was charged $210 for parking when I didn’t even have a car there. Still waiting to be refunded. They said they need to investigate. Smh.

Stayed in the gorgeous, vivid Nate Berkus room with a modest upgrade courtesy of the fab staff, who are always on point from front desk to restaurant. Did not want to leave. Best hotel and location in NYC, which says a lot because there are countless excellent choices between Midtown and UES alone. This is my staycation + work station away from home/office and never disappoints!

While the property is great, the cleaning staff and doormen were kind, the front desk was not as friendly and helpful. I was told weeks prior to my visit that they would arrange a wheelchair for my elderly mother at the hotel and only told a day before I needed it that they couldn’t give me one unless I rented it myself from an outside company. Not what I expected and was pretty disappointing. I also made sure to tip the front desk and staff so it’s surprising that they weren’t as accommodating.
