Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Midtown West

The hotel location was perfect- it allowed us easy access to the pier where we took a dinner cruise, it was convenient to great local restaurants, and it was very safe and walkable.

The hotel itself was wonderful! A perfect hotel for a weekend trip to the city. We had an amazing time. The only downside was that the key making system was down our entire trip (Friday thru Sunday), leaving us with one room key between 4 people. While not detrimental to the overall stay, it made it very inconvenient to go anywhere separately, as the hotel required a room key to go up the elevator to the rooms. Not a trip-ruiner, the stay was still great, and I would recommend the hotel to anyone! However, for the cost of the hotel, inconveniences make a difference, and I would hope that in the future, there’s a better plan for this problem that isn’t just “split the room key and figure it out amongst yourselves”.

So the room didn't get cleaned one day, no coffee. I also told them my mattress was lumpy and nothing was done. So for just under $2,000 for three nights, I had a dirty room and mattress that I couldn't sleep on and a backache. It's convenient to Javits and it's the only reason I stayed I told them twice I needed a new mattress.

Great location for Hudson Yards. Can walk to Times Square and Theater district in 30 minutes or so. Very clean with helpful staff.

Loved everything!

Everything exceeded my expectations, from the amazing breakfast to the staff, who were so welcoming and attentive. The location is also perfect—there are so many restaurants nearby within walking distance, boat tours, and there’s even a mall right across the street, which made everything super convenient. Honestly, you don’t even understand how impressed I was. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property! It’s very well maintained. The staff is friendly & very helpful. My room was absolutely gorgeous & modern especially the bathroom. That rainforest shower was amazing & very inviting. The hotel was very peaceful & the views are awesome! Great location.
