It was a smell of a cat the moment you stepped off the elevator and into my hotel room

I Stayed at this location for (2) nights. The wait times to check in, out, or even ask a basic question were outrageous. At any time there is only one person working the front desk, if your lucky two. There is no Microwave located on the property which makes no sense considering people stay for multiple days. There was a strong smell of cat urine in the hallway. The fire alarm was triggered by mistake somehow and there are some form of fire safety covers that immediately drop to cover the elevator doors. Well if you are coming in to return to your room, you won’t know until you reach your floor that this is taking place because it doesn’t occur in the lobby and nobody is standing by to inform you. So when returning the elevator doors open and there is a thick plastic drape over the door preventing us from getting off. We were closed in the door tryna figure out what was going on only for the staff member to walk up irritated as if we were supposed to k ow what was going on. I won’t say that it’s a bad hotel but the staff shortage and the attitudes of some need to be improved for sure. Overall the room was an ok size for (2) people, clean, and I definitely recommend a high floor or you will be staring at a brick wall out of your window. We were on the 19th floor.

A very good location, clean and quiet. The only issue is that the water was running slow in the bath tub.

The hotel location, rooms, and overall experience was amazing. Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel Staff was very accommodating during our request for early check-in. We will visit this hotel again during our next visit to NYC.

The room was clean and modern. Everything worked perfectly and no issues at all.

Other than that, the property is in a great location, is well maintained, and was clean overall. We had an enjoyable stay.

Excellent location for the activities we had planned. Room was on the smaller side but had a fridge and nice views out the window. Gym was well equipped. If you are going to peloton studios, this is the place to stay.

La salle de bain a besoin d’être rafraîchie. La peinture décolle du plafond. Et problème de lumière qui ne s’éteint pas dans le garde-robe. Apres deux appels à minuit, on a finit par mouiller et debrancher la lumière du mur/derrière le meuble.

I love it

I loved the location. Pictures are true to what the space looks like. At first they gave us a room on the second floor on the street and I asked to change, but they said there was no other option at the time. When we got to the room, there was an old dental floss pic on the floor and crumbs next to the bed so I asked to change the room and they did. They miraculously found one on the seventh floor, which was better and clean. This place itself was just beautiful. And the staff was helpful. I would consider staying there again.

Exceptional

This hotel is spotless! We stayed one night and would definitely stay again. The location is great, close enough to Penn Station that you could walk to it, far enough west that it’s a bit quieter. The concessions in the lobby are convenient but very pricey! A small single serving bag of pita chips was $8.50! Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was good. Bring your own snacks and enjoy a great stay.
