Rooms are small but clean and functional. The lighting was strange .. often if you turned on one night, another would go off if it was on. Definitely convenient location

Friendly staff, clean room and convenient to nearby deli’s, restaurants and subway connections . Complimentary coffee in the mornings and sometimes a donut too, and lemon water and cucumber water in the afternoons. Hotel was very clean and restaurant near the entrance was very nice and convenient.

Nice room and clean bathrooms. Bed wasn’t the comfiest, but not terrible. Staff was great and helpful. Not my favorite location - felt a little unsafe around this particular block at night.

The room was small but had a comfy bed. The location was great. A block away from Hudson Yards and the Highline. Would definitely stay again!

The shower floor was dirty. So was the sink. Elevators looked like ( carpets) have not been cleaned in years! The pillows were beyond thin…I can go on and on. So disappointed, I always stay there.

Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you would require for a short stay. I appreciated having an ironing board available. The restaurant was convenient to grab a quick lunch or have a cocktail. I appreciated the location being close to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, and Morgan library. Overall, I would recommend this Hotel for anyone traveling to the area.

The place was surprisingly pleasant! Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location and great staff (specially Marvin - front desk). Will definitely stay there again next time I visit NYC :)
