Overall nice hotel to stay

The next morning, we were told we couldn’t use the breakfast vouchers we had paid for until 9:00 a.m. because of a large group. The front desk then told us the restaurant was a separate business. Between the leak, room change, and inability to use our prepaid breakfast, the stay was far from satisfactory. No compensation was offered—just a brief apology. We expected much better.

We loved having a restaurant and bar in the hotel. The bartender was exceptionally nice and made great cocktails.

The room was comfortable and well-sized. The line to check in was a bit long and slow moving. But overall, a very comfortable stay.

Stayed here for a Harry Styles concert and it was perfect, about a 10-15 minute walk to MSG. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were an amazing size and very clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel but there’s also a few places walking distance if you’re looking for more! Highly recommend this hotel!

No fridge, that's a big negative. Check-in was ok but definitely not the friendliest of staff. NOT a single person greeted us when we walked in several times. So if that doesn't matter to you, you're good. They advertised sound proof rooms; doubt it. Great location from Jacob Javitz which was why we stayed here. We paid $337 only bc I used $94 of ONEKEY cash to lower the cost. You're looking at $430 and up.

Staff member who checked us in was extremely slow and unhelpful. Road noise is terrible. Rooms average. Room not serviced. Even after asked for supplies to be replenished it was not done. Won’t stay there again.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable, but the room is smaller than expected based on the photos.

Painless check-in, was ready earlier than anticipated. Large room for NYC; even the restroom was large. Very clean, uncluttered, good natural and lamp lighting, excellent AC. Only dings were the shower door was a bit stiff to open, and the light dimmer switches (if those were dimmer switches) didn't seem to operate correctly. But those were trivial and grossly overshadowed by all the positives. Good location, easy train access, some good local fare as well.

We arrived at check in time and got key to room on check in. Great room overlooking Ninth Avenue.

Location is excellent for attending a concert or event at Madison Square Garden! Close to bars and restaurants. Place was safe, clean, and comfortable!

The property was clean. All of the staff were pleasant. The rooms were spacious for NYC. Overall, a great stay.
