The Pendry is one of, if not our favorite NYC stay. We will be back for Thanksgiving! Literally nothing, the stay was perfect.

Beautiful boutique hotel conveniently located near Penn Station but still quiet and peaceful. Wonderful and attentive staff. Check in was easy. Kids received welcome gifts. Lovely, clean, comfortable rooms with luxury bath amenities. Loved our weekend stay here and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend.

nice wooden detail in room nobody helped us wiht luggage (3 suitcases, hotel is not stepless so had to lift suitcases ourselves room was not available despite earlier messaging alternative room in different category, much cheaper but no credit given, not even offer of some compensation (even just a drink) bathroom was oddly designed with both shower and toilet door opening towards the middle where the sink was leaving no room to stand if inside and both doors open. just awkward every time one wanted to use either toilet or shower breakfast finished already at 10am in the restaurant overall paid more than USD2k for 1 night and for that service was very much underwhelming to say the least and certainly not 5 star
