room was not available despite earlier messaging alternative room in different category, much cheaper but no credit given, not even offer of some compensation (even just a drink) bathroom was oddly designed with both shower and toilet door opening towards the middle where the sink was leaving no room to stand if inside and both doors open. just awkward every time one wanted to use either toilet or shower breakfast finished already at 10am in the restaurant overall paid more than USD2k for 1 night and for that service was very much underwhelming to say the least and certainly not 5 star

The staff extremely nice. The room, bedding, shower etc all lovely. For the price paid, would have expected simple free amenities like bottled water to be included in the room price, instead of it costing $25/bottle. After coming back from very nice to luxury hotels in other countries, which all gave multiple free bottles of water per guest, this really surprised me. Such a low cost nicety not being included for such an expensive room feels bad.
