The staff stayed on top of the property and kept it clean. The location was good but away from the subway so consider that if you plan on taking the subway (you should if you are in Manhattan).

A useful location for the Upper East Side with lots of interesting restaurants nearby. And very convenient for getting to LaGuardia airport while being able to stay in Manhattan.

The front desk staff was superb, especially Monique. She displayed a high level of professionalism. Not sure of the parking (did not drive). Room had no balcony. Overall, great hotel, would stay there again.

We needed a Hotel close to where my son and family live. I’m so thankful that he found this Hotel for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our grandkids loved getting toys from the treasure chest. We got to the hotel from the airport too early to check-in and found out there is a luggage room provided. Our room was very clean which is a big deal to us to stay in a clean room!!
