Good choice if you need UES access. Not many extras here but it is adequate.

For almost $1,000/night, this hotel was ordinary. Very clean and lovely staff. Very near where I needed to walk to daily. However, the room was tiny and dark. The towels were plentiful but scratchy. The bed was very comfortable, as was the occasional chair. The snacks available in the lobby were boring and unhealthy. Non-coffee drinkers needs were ignored. I know "market" pricing rules, but why $1,000/night? This was a $400/night room IMO.

Very clean property, easy to get to. Location is where we needed to be. Easy check in BUT not a minute before 3:00. Easy checkout as well. Taxi is ready available or Uber if you prefer.

Very clean, helpful staff, in a safe neighborhood, convenient to bus line, subway and many restaurants and bakeries!

Helpful desk team, room was always ready for us when we got back in the evening, and it is a good location. I would go back, if needed!

The location Never any hot water for a decent shower.

Upper side location nice area no parking , must use nearby parking, $75 per night for pickup F150 , no breakfast included but very quiet and helpful staff and most of all clean , have water and cafe machine room are large enough for the city

Stayed 6 nights. Fantastic staff. Clean. Only real issue was water pressure in the shower was too strong. Like so strong that it actually hurt to wash your face. Also the tub would not drain properly because there was too much water coming out too fast, if that makes sense. Show curtain was too short as well, but staff quickly replaced it. Free coffee, bottled water, and refill station were very nice. Location of course UES we felt very safe. Very clean with good restaurants around the area. Short train/taxi to midtown.

The room was comfy and clean thanks to the daily cleaning staff. But the fridge didn’t keep things cold and there was only ever Luke warm water for showers and baths. Due to a serious family medical emergency we stayed at the courtyard Marriot hotel on e 92 street for almost 15 weeks off and on .. and never once had good solid hot water. When I mentioned it to one of the managers he blew me off with that I should have phoned engineering …and said that I was the only one to complain about water temp!!!REALLY? The ONLY one.. come on. Also the prices ballooned from one week to the next some times jumping 500$ in a day!!!! When I asked them to look into giving us a better price as we were forced to be in NYC for a longer time due to my sons critical complications for his heart transplant, tge got back to me and took 115$ off of a 4000$ weekly charge. Thanks for going with the dollar over compassion.. I spent probably 15,000-20000$$$ at the hotel and that’s the discount they were going to give me after I told them that I could prob guarantee that our stay would end up beingat least 4-6 weeks more. .. the staff is friendly and helpful except for two managers.. but FABIO the manager is AWESOME and helpful.
