Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Upper East Side

Not a terribly convenient location for food and activities but nice big room. Only bad thing was that there was garbage still on our balcony from prior guests and the balcony was dirty.

Clean Clean linen Nice glasses to drink liquid from Great Customer Service Way better than the last hotel. I stayed at. I only stayed one night, but it was amazing. I enjoyed my stay.

Very clean room and lobby areas. Staff was very nice and helpful. Lisa at the front desk was extremely kind and pleasant. She took the time to be helpful with suggestions for places in the area. Her kindness stood out as you don't find that as much anymore. Overall, very happy and impressed with this location. The customer service of all the staff was greatly appreciated!

Room was fine, but air conditioning and fan did not work, and we were told that the entire hotel was that way. No offer for refund or fan or ice, mentioned we could open our window 6 inches to help. Temperature was above 80 and humid in our room the entire time. We paid $500 a night because we had to be in town for school enrollment on peak weekend. Do not use this hotel unless the weather is perfect!

We brought my husband’s fully qualified service dog and the staff were very nice about it. Sometimes it doesn’t go that way so we appreciate it when people are kind

Front desk reception can be polite and improve customer service. It seems like customers are doing a service to them.

No parking available which was a hassle

Clean room & exceptionally friendly housekeeping staff. Location (walking distance to MET Museum) was fantastic for a weekend of museum hopping! Also, the rooms were incredibly soundproofed & quiet. Highly recommend! There are gym & laundry facilities as well on the lower level.

The property was clean with nice to-go cafe offerings inside and a variety of local cafes and groceries nearby. Rooms are spacious with lovely views, and staff was very friendly. We loved that it was convenient to the Q train but in a quiet area. Would happily stay again!

The staff were very very nice and even gave a room with two beds even we only ordered 1. The room was quiet, Ac worked well. Shower was nice. We had everything we needed we had a pleasant stay.

They all need proper customer service training.

The room was very clean and neat. The staff was ok for the most part but weren’t particularly helpful. The AC was working hard to keep up with the heat so the individual who checked us in suggested a different room on the north side of the building, which helped.

The staff are great, but the rooms need help! My bathroom sink took ages to drain and paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. For $600 a night I expected better.
