Window in bathroom opened up directly to neighbours, very limited space for storage. That said, fantastic location and very convenient facilities on-site like tea in the lobby.

The location is excellent.

This hotel is charming and in an ideal location, close to subways and Central Park. The front desk staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful - We would come back for them alone! The rooms are quite small, but everything else was above expectations and therefore we would always return.

Staff were exceptionally good and helpful. The room is way small. Even for NY standards. Nowhere to put suitcase. No where to turn on computer.

I loved my stay at The Franklin. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, which is typical for NYC but they were quiet and clean, and the beds were comfortable. I’ll definitely stay there again.
