The Carlyle was top notch. Every employee I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Many of them have worked there for 20-25 + years. That really says something about the organization. I would stay there again.

Location, staff, ambience Lighting in the rooms. Lack of residents lounge where one could relax / work outside of room.

Habitación con camas dobles era camas 3/4. Muy chicas para hombres de 1.80 mts. Fui con mi hijo , compartimos habitación. Cuarto bien , camas muy chicas.

Only issue was that the sofa needs to be recovered. It was actually wet when we arrived from someone trying to clean a stain…not fun when I sat there!
