I liked that it was clean I didn't like that they don't have breakfast just a bag to go

The room es only clean one time that was a disappointment for me. Very uncomfortable to be able to work on a desk we’re the chair cannot come out complete to be able to work

Nothing good about the hotel! No parking. Breakfast was horrible. I felt for my safety from a disturbance I heard in the room next to mine at 1am and threats were sent. No hot water. Broken heater in my room. Poor management. Overall experience was BAD! There was no hot water for my entire stay. Two guys go into an altercation over money that was owed to the other next to my room and there were threats made at 1am in the morning. I heard every noise outside. The heater in the room was broken, it was cold

Bed was very comfy however.

Not clean.

When we asked night desk for an extra pillow and some toilet paper, he said we would have to wait till morning to get it. we had to go to store to get a roll of paper for the evening. Unacceptable!

For one my car got broken into right outside the property and second the staff was so disrespectful and heartless when I tried to get back something that I left behind in my room the day I checked out. Their room service lady cleaned my room after I checked out of hotel and I’m almost certain she stole my personal item. When trying to get some answers I was disrespected and had to even end up calling the police to get some answers about my item going missing. I would never stay here again this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life

Everything is good with my stay. The sheet and pill case had big brown stains on them I was shock when I saw it. I love the room only that I didn't like

The room was nice The staff was not helpful and there breakfast was a joke in the am was in a paper bag… no cereal or waffles

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice & the room was quiet the first Day I was there. When I arrived I wasn’t greeted, I had to ask questions in regards to the breakfast which turns out to be a water bottle, granola bar, an apple & a miniature muffin in a brown bag. When I arrived to my room the floor was super sticky, the bathroom floor was not clean & desk were a little dirty. The second day me & my spouse stepped out & when we came back we were locked out of our room. I had to go downstairs to reception & tell them what was going on which I think was really ridiculous.

quiet and cozy very private! everything I loved. been here few times.
