Hotel Bliss

Superb

I was nothing but satisfied with my stay at Bliss, especially for the price point on a Friday night. Clean, and had everything I needed. Parking lot was small (only 5 or so spots) but I lucked out and got one. Parking on streets nearby seems pretty open though for NYC standards. Front desk the morning of checkout was very accommodating when I had a bathroom emergency 5 minutes after check out lol. Will stay here again if I need an affordable stay near BK or Queens.

There was a parking lot directly next door with free parking. The location felt unsafe after dark. As previous reviewers have stated, the check-in was behind bullet proof glass.

The location was pretty good, very close to the airport Staff were not entirely friendly. No coffee, tea or water in the room. There was a vending machine available though. Elevators

Everything is good just parking is very limited

Upon check in, woman working was annoyed that people were waiting at desk as she came out of a room with hair rollers, no greeting by her and she had an attitude almost like she was annoyed to see people there. Very unsafe area! Did not feel comfortable in the room let alone outside. Stay away unless you are familiar and can manage staying in an area like this.

Need upgrade Linen, bed, lamp tables

The proximity to the airport but not worth the risk of the area. Someone tried coming into my room at 3:30 am and 8:30 am but I had my lock on.

15 minute drive / 7 miles from JFK. Simple clean room at a reasonable price. No restaurants of any kind nearby. Probably 3/4 mile to the next store / fast food.

Staff was great, room was clean & the bed was soft after a long hard travel day! This stay was unexpected & the staff made it a lot better by being helpful & accommodating.

There were not enough towels & the common rugs were not very clean. It was not too close to venue of Barclays as it suggested.

The staff was friendly and the house keepers was pleasant. The check out time was too early lol. Nah I dont have nothing negative to say about my stay.
