floor 24 is too close to the rooftop bar. Noisy.

I had a great stay ! Room was clean. Not the biggest space but it works. Staff were professional and the location worked great for the purpose of my trip. The hotel is good walking distance to a few essential places as well.

The staff was great, Joy and I forget the two other gentleman that checked us in and ordered our cab to the airport were beyond amazing. Recommendations were provided for sight seeing & restaurants. We will be staying here for our next trip, thank you!

Found 2 beetles in the sheets middle of the night. Literally took all of the bed sheets and tossed them into cabinet to be safe. Not cool. Picture available upon request

Hotel is a pretty good price for New York City. The room had a lot of issues: the curtains were off their track and hanging loose, there were some clear oily marks on the inside of the glass where someone had put their face to it and it had not been cleaned and when we arrived there was full wastebasket of tissues from the last guest. When I told the front desk about this they wanted me to "speak to the head of their cleaning service, so they could figure out what went wrong and how they could improve it next time." Honestly, if there's a problem with the room I expect to be comp'ed a drink or something along those lines, I wasn't expecting to be asked to run some sort of staff training session.

Overall was good and check in and out was easy and fast. Location is good and easy to get around.

Location was good and room was clean The room was very small, they didn’t have a phone in my room, so I was constantly going up and down. I was told all rooms for some odd reason was missing phones. The streaming on the t.v kept working and not working. The food was from the restaurant was disappointing, so good thing they give you at least $10 off of it. I didn’t feel like the amount I paid for 3 nights was worth my stay at all. Unless it’s super cheap, I wouldn’t come back.

Perfect stay

Great staff. The bed and floor vibrated from the air conditioner on the floor underneath! I turned off my own air conditioner which reduced the vibration, but I couldn't do anything about my downstairs neighbor and had to sleep in a shaking bed. Bizarre.
