Hotel Indigo - NYC Downtown - Wall Street by IHG

I liked the location of this hotel. Very accessible to subways and a lot of places that can be walked to

The room was small but clean, we only stayed one night so we were only there a couple hrs. The location was great, wish we had booked it earlier. My only complaint would be you can only go to your room floor on the elevator which is not convenient for families since we were all on separate floors and only received one key per room.

The ad was misleading. Our balcony had no chairs and was much smaller than the pictures. Our bed was full sized and not a queen. Good location. Clean. Sufficient for our stay.

Exceptional

The hotel’s location on the water makes it especially unique and relaxing. It provided the perfect balance of being close to Brooklyn and the city while still feeling peaceful and removed from the hustle and bustle. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this hotel for our future trips to New York. Highly recommended!

The lobby was a mess. The waiting area was covered in what looked like paint. The area was exposed. I checked in online and still had to wait for others to check in before I got my key.

The location Early pre-authorization without notice, very weak WiFi, very small run, closet door don’t close properly, half of the lobby still underwater construction, rooftop bar is looks abandoned and sketchy.

Coffee was not very good, did not have any food there. Rooftop bar was closed both nights we stayed there and that was one of the reasons I picked the hotel. The lobby seating area was also closed off, but it did not look like anything was being done there so I’m not sure why.

Gym and cafe could offer better choices for customers

My stay at The Livingston was great! The rooms were beautiful and very clean, the staff was so welcoming, and the food was amazing! Especially the steak and eggs 😍 A special thank you to John and Abdul for being so helpful and making us feel comfortable. The chef was also super friendly! I’d definitely stay again.

Very small and conjusted rooms and too dirty. Bare minimum amenities just to indicate that they qualify.

Clean basic room with helpful staff. Good value. They are working on updating their lounge near the desk- will be nice when that is done.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great, and the room was small but comfortable and nicely designed. If you’re looking for something convenient and don’t mind a compact room, I’d definitely recommend it.

The sliding bathroom door was very hard to open.

The room was immaculately clean. The temperature was easy to adjust. Everything that you would expect a Hotel to provide. I would most definitely come back again.
