Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. It is centrally located and within walking distance of quite a few attractions. Great location. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel if I plan to stay in lower Manhattan again! The elevator could use improvement. The elevator slows down excessively as it approaches the floor. In addition, only one of the elevators was working which created a bottleneck.

Location is great if you need to be in Wall St area. Hotel and room are dated - pretty obviously in need of updates. Only one elevator working for an 8-story building. Depending on price you pay per night, just okay.

The staff is welcoming and the apartments spacious, clean and there is a kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. Free coffee and water at the reception. This is my second stay here so I enjoy this building and the neighbourhood! Quite reasonable for NYC!

Breakfast was wonderful one day and others not so good, good location for what we wanted to do.

Room was clean with a comfortable bed. A lot of the light didn't work and I was evicted from my room before check out time. Having to vacate my room early

Location. Close to metro no 2 and 3, close to Battery park. Fully functioning air conditioning. Quiet rooms. Convenient store across the road. Bagel shop next door. TV in living room and bedroom. Lovely hot water in the shower. Friendly staff. City maps available. No utensils in the kitchen, no kettle. Maybe some cutlery and plates would be helpful. Could do with a few upgrades like a new laminate but it didn't really bother us.

Staff is amazing! The hotel is okay. It could’ve been more updated. The rooms look much older than the lobby and common areas.

The property is a bit dated but there is so much space and it’s very very clean. One of the lifts did not work.
