Very friendly staff and hotel was well maintained. If I had to improve on anything it would be the bed is super low to the ground which makes getting up in the morning challenging. And the shower is not exactly private. With just a semi frosted glass window between you and your roommate.

This is our go to hotel whenever we stay in Lower Manhattan. It’s a really nice place and usually the rooms are reasonably priced. It is conveniently located for any number of subway lines and also adjacent to the South St., Seaport and the financial area. Spacious rooms very nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and a friendly attentive staff.

Nice spacious , clean and courteous staff There was just one hand towel for two of us. Also the bfast provides was bare minimum. No hot bfast like pancakes or eggs or even hot oatmeal . Jus let some basic cereal, bread and some cold croissants and banana( no cut fruits or apples etc?

Did not like that there was no hot water kettle in the room to make tea/ coffee . This is not we expected from Hyatt. Typically standard in the room . Also no bfast included in this price range ??

Mostly everything! Looked at reviews of the property after I booked the room - so many negative Nellies! But- the room was large, clean and comfortable with a good bed. Really Liked the really modern bathroom ! Staff were aok! We prefer handling our own luggage. For what we payed for 2 nights there’s not too much to complain about.

Location Less amenities , very small Buffet, Hotel never replied for texts. Room was poorly refurbished felt like in a very old hotel. Smell in Hotel corridors Less Professional conduct more of Friendly conduct calling by Brother instead of Mr or Sir ( fine but still not professional) Felt like cost cutting Hyaat

Rooms are spacious but no refrigerator in the room. Toilet and shower have clear glass door with no privacy. Coffee machine dos not work. Temperature fluctuates in the room. No extra bed available in request

They charged at least an extra $200 in fees at check in, even though I selected pay at the property and Expedia said I wouldn’t owe anything in addition to my total. Other than that, a great hotel!
