Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York

This is a great hotel. Love the location, easy walk to Stone Streets bars and restaurants. I would recommend it to anyone staying downtown Manhattan.

Amazing stay! room was very large, clean and the bed was lux. We arrived at 9am day of check in, our plan was to leave our bags with the front desk until we were able to check in but were pleasantly surprised to hear that they already had a room ready for us. Staff were amazing, location was fantastic. 100/10 ⭐️

We enjoyed our stay. Excellent location in FIDI. Near some nice restaurants and close to Seaport.

We had a wonderful and very comfortable room with an excellent bed and a large TV. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick to respond to any request. We genuinely enjoyed spending time at the hotel and, after just a few days, it somehow started to feel like home. The location is excellent as well, with great restaurants such as Harry’s and Fraunces Tavern nearby, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema within walking distance, and easy access to the subway. We had a minor issue with the ventilation panel, but the reception team responded immediately and had it fixed right away. So rather than being a negative, it actually left us even more impressed with the level of service.

Unfortunately, we did have a few issues with the property. I reported a leaking sink and broken lights in the bathroom, but no one came during the day to address them. Then, around 9 PM, someone knocked on our door saying they can't fix the sink because it needed to be replaced. The timing was quite inconvenient. To make matters worse, on Sunday morning around 6 AM, we were awakened by loud banging noises that continued for about 20 minutes. We were told the noise was coming from the gym. Needless to say, it was impossible to go back to sleep after being jolted awake by such loud, pounding noise. Lazslo was very understanding about the situation and kindly waived our getaway fees, which were around $80, because of the inconvenience. We truly appreciated his effort to make things right.
