Everything was smooth

The property was good. Safe, clean and quiet. Close to all types of restaurants, stores, train stations, etc. The staff was kind and helpful. The only issue was the ice machine. It did not work most days. When it actually did work, very little ice came out. It is way too hot for the ice machines not to be working at this time. They need to fix ASAP. Other than that, my stay was good. I will return. I recommend.

The location was perfect for work and the staff was helpful There were door issues and the maintenance team had to break in to the room twice and move me. I also developed a rash overnight on my arm on the last night I was there.

Nice hotel right in the heart of the financial district. Location was great of this is where you want to stay. We were two block from the water and two blocks from the NYSE. The hotel was super clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good for the price we paid. The hotel itself it’s a little dated, but we didn’t mind.

Breakfast was great. Room was kept very clean. The room was quiet despite being downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Destiny, the lady who checked me in, was very nice and gave useful information about the neighborhood. She also fully explained the amenities of the hotel.

The property, although old, is well maintained. There’s complimentary breakfast by the lobby and bottled water in the front desk. The staff is welcoming and attentive to our needs. My only complaints were the useless gym in the basement and zero of parking. The neighborhood felt safe with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty fairies, and the World Trade Center were all within walking distance. Everything else is a short train ride away. I recommend booking an Uber Shuttle to and from any of the airports. Regular uber is well over $100 and hauling luggage on the trains is impractical.

Close to 2 subway stations (bus stop right outside). Breakfast was very good and covered everyone’s preferences. There is 24 hour deli a few steps away from the entrance which made this place worthwhile for us. Rooms were a tad bit smaller than usual but we didn’t mind that much as we spent most of the time sightseeing
