Room was clean. Definitely give yourself extra time to wait for the elevators. They take forever to come and we’re either packed with guests or staff.

Close to the river and financial district.

Place was clean and there is a small gym. No pool but as for breakfast the restaurant has a C rating covered by signage so we didn’t eat there. But staff was friendly and they had a nice area to hang out with chairs and tables.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Conveniently near so many things. Also perfect location if you are a runner like myself.

First of all the power in those showers amazing. I love the bathroom love the shower always stayed hot.

We had a great corner room with a partial view of the East River. It was very spacious and clean. Staff helped us deal with our oversized luggage needs and were very attentive. Nothing. It was great.

The staff was great. They greeted us as soon as we came in and offered benefits on the gold membership. The room was beautiful and clean.
