It is not a horrible hotel, but for us, the beds were too soft & the $25 breakfast voucher was a waste of money. Very light selection for the "continental" breakfast & the $25 gets you a selection of like 5 items on a menu that is NOT worth $25 of a breakfast. Not very friendly staff either. We were not impressed at all on the breakfast choices for the money. Save your money & find a Starbucks or other breakfast choice. We paid extra to have a room with a "view" of the river & that was all you got. Stand on the right side of the window & look to your left around another high rise building & oh yea, there's the river!

Great location! Close to wall st and the pier. The room was a little dirty and there was trash from the previous guest still in my room. Restaurant in the hotel won’t let you put your tab on the room but nothing too crazy. Just did not like the visible dirt I saw in the shower

Room was clean. Definitely give yourself extra time to wait for the elevators. They take forever to come and we’re either packed with guests or staff.
