From a very helpful staff, to an extremely clean room with great air conditioning to super fast elevators, I recommend this place.

Room clean, breakfast good, air conditioning too cold and the staff needs to work on kindness

The hotel location was great, on a quiet side street near the Seaport. My window did look right onto the wall of another building, but I prefer that to a view of the air conditioning system or an office building whose windows looked into my room. The one queen room was small but it was fine for my needs. I was hardly in the room anyway. The bed was comfortable and sheets were nice. Bathroom and room were clean. I usually stay down the street at Hotel 33, but I really liked this location better. Cute little wine bar called Cork on the next block. I didn’t eat the breakfast so I can’t speak on that though.

Incredible

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast was also very good. Close to Pier 17 and many restaurants and bars. Would stay again

The most critical issue was a severe breach of security. I had to file a police report during my stay because I believe someone entered our room and stole my credit cards and cell phone. Additionally, the room maintenance and service were entirely lacking. The TV in our room did not work for the entirety of my stay, and despite the issue being known, it was never fixed. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the hotel by phone regarding these serious issues, I discovered that none of the phone numbers listed online for the property actually work. It is completely unacceptable to be unable to reach a hotel's front desk or management. Between the lack of security, poor maintenance, and non-existent customer service, this was not a good experience. I highly advise looking elsewhere for your stay in New York.

The staff are very professional and supportive. The location was perfect and the breakfast good!

The hotel should not have or bear the Marriott name. The rooms are so small that I needed a can opener in order to get into my room. The bathroom was big water. Pressure was very low soap and stuff like that was always missing the breakfast whatever that they give is really small for the area you need to eat standing up it’s just they should not. This is a hotel or maybe a motel they should not hold the Marriott name. The staff really doesn’t know what they’re doing starting with the manager, the people in the front desk, don’t know what they’re doing right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing here

The staff were polite and the room was clean and exactly what we needed. The location was perfect in regards to the subway food and convenience stores.
-
The room smell clean but there was mold in the shower. The Ac wasn’t cool. The staff is really friendly the breakfast was ok. The place is close to piers when you can have a really beautiful night views for free..

I felt like I had issues with the air conditioning the first night it was 78° in the room. The second night was 74° in the room I end up checking out early because of the air conditioning
