Loved the stay! Very convenient location. All subways within walking distance. Great place to eat.

I felt like I had issues with the air conditioning the first night it was 78° in the room. The second night was 74° in the room I end up checking out early because of the air conditioning

We enjoyed our stay

It is about a 10 minute walk from the closet subway station. Free Breakfast each morning is amazing! Lots of choices. But very busy.

The staff was amazing

Parking for the guest

Good location if wanting to stay in FIDI. Have continental breakfast that was okay. Front desk was helpful unless you need something from the night auditor, then you might have to wait until next day.

First off I wanna start with the staff members. Dominic was absolutely fantastic. Carlos was a great guy. I had to say Carmen at the front desk was so accommodating if we went back to New York. I think we would definitely stay there and I think they’re one of only maybe one or two hotels that offer a full breakfast in the morning, the maids and housekeeping was fantastic. Especially Carmen and Myrna. set up absolutely wonderful breakfasts every morning I could go on all day about how great this day was and how close we were to our Fourth of July pier 16th spot and just about everything else there was location location location. I think Dominic deserves a raise as well as Carmen and because of them I definitely would go back there.

We had a clean room. AC did not work ans they had no other rooms maintenance came and said it was fixed but when we came back later that night, it was not it was 77° in the room. I went back downstairs and asked for maintenance again. They never came up. We then complain again about an hour later and they gave us another room, which was Cleaning comfortable. elevators were very slow. Breakfast was very busy. They had a full house so it was hard to find a seat and they ran out of coffee which they brought out a while later overall, the day was OK. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Only downer was the USB ports were broken, the one we got working would only charge one phone at a time. The light had a short and would turn off and on once you plugged in. I had left a power brick home and laid the price Good stay Would go back, well placed to attractions.
