And I left to spend my night with my husband We came back at like 1:45 am And the entire ceiling was leaking water My food was damaged y clothes got wet The floor carpet was soaking wet Even the bed was wet I’m hoping I will get compensated For the stay I really chose this hotel out of many And got disappointed

Some things weren’t working refrigerator in room and plastic in shower opening water coming out of shower plus drain in sink not going down

Hallways have no ventilation. Ice is only in the basement. No free breakfast

Everything was not as I expected to supposed to be.

The location is great, but the facility and staff are less than MEH. The air conditioning in my room didn't work, so at 3 a.m., they moved me to another room. By the time I moved all of my stuff from the 9th floor to the 8th floor, I realized the AC did not work in this room either. This was during a heat wave in NYC. I asked for a fan, but they did not have one. They offered to move me again, this time to the 11th floor. First, it is 3 a.m., and I just packed everything in my room and moved to another, for the very reason you want to move me again? How do I know the AC works in that room? You obviously did not check this one before you moved me... No thanks. I will find a different place to stay the next time I am in the area. I suggest you do the same. Bad service in a dated facility.

At the end of stay last three days they did not clean the room. They did charge my card for a night when I pay in full through booking. Money was returned after 6 days. Hope they return the deposit on time.

Standard run of the mill stuff. Room was fine, staff were fine, location is good for a lot of stuff down that end.

Asked for housekeeping to clean room and provide new towels and didn’t get done. Had to call down and the took a long time to get towels

We only stayed here a night and I would 100% stay here again in the future. The location is extremely convenient to a local bagel shop, coffee, and there’s a restaurant downstairs as well. You can easily walk to so many places and it just made our stay in New York City so wonderful. We stayed in a room that had two beds with the four of us, and I will say the beds are smaller and it was tight but totally doable and we were extremely happy with our decision to stay here.

Location Customer service, extremely slow check in. Our check in was at 3pm. We got checked in at 8pm. Front desk people were kinda rude.

Staff made our stay worthwhile. Told us all the local favorites.

Good location and very clean !

The hotel was situated in a great location and they staff were really friendly and professional.

Lots of attractions were walking distance away. Extremely convenient for a quick visit to see iconic NYC landmarks. Gym was excellent. Room was tiny. It was a very snug fit for my party especially since we had lots of luggage. Felt a bit claustrophobic. It was just big enough for us to sleep at night after a busy day of sightseeing. Can't imagine staying for more than a couple of nights.
