Great location in the financial district, 5min from subway. Hotel was quiet and clean. -

I miss a flight because the plane needed to fix a broken part. My flight was delayed three times. I was supposed to get to New York at 10 AM for the Caribbean Day parade and I called to cancel since I was going to arrive at 3:30 and the event was gonna end at 5:30. They refuse to give me a refund so they took $150 from when it was not my fault.

This location was very comfortable and a great fit for our group of 5. Would definitely stay again ! We had issues with the AC in one of our rooms, other than that everything was great !

Good room, good service, great location.

The hotel is quite pleasant and convenient. Only please keep in mind that there is no parking lot, travelers using a vehicle should consider reserving a space in a nearby garage.

The hotel was nice, but the lobby was so small and crowded, which meant slower elevator service. Overall a nice stay.

Staff friendly and helpful with luggage handling at departure! Nice 3rd floor to have a seat if you need a place to wait for Uber or to lounge until time to go to airport especially after check out!

Upon checking in for a 3 night stay, I asked if there was a room on a lower floor. The staff member wasn't sure and asked help from his coworker. This person informed me that due to the type of room I had they couldn't offer me anything and that they were sold out. I understand if you're sold-out, there is not much to be done. I feel that the tone and the way he handled the inquiry was very rude. I was a patient and kind customer and did not deserve to be spoken to with an attitude. To top it off, on our 2nd night, a fire alarm woke us up. We had to go down 21 flights of stairs. I have mobility issues and is exactly why I prefer lower floors. The room was clean and the room service was good. However, the TV was very temperamental, the phone in the room did not work and we couldn't get the heater to work. Could've been a much better stay. Do better!

Friendly staff, great location, clean room. Price of room was a little high, fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and disturbed my sleep and had to evacuate building.

Location The city room was not a city room for real. Went down to ask about it and they tried to tell me it was a different layout. I was looking at another building not the city!

In the very early morning of my check in date, I received a mail indicating that, for some reason, they had an issue with the reservation, which had to be dealt with. So, I called the property and the person I spoke with reassured me that, after having cancelled my reservation, they had reinstated it. As I had anticipated to the property, we arrived at around 3:00 AM to find out that one of the two rooms we had reserved, was not available due to "a maintenance issue". Their answer to my frustrating disbelief "we sent you a mail in the afternoon; you didn't see it". Of course I had not seen the mail, and in any case, what was I supposed to do about it, if I was about to board my flight. And what could I do at 3:00 AM in the morning? I would have expected the property to do something about it: ideally, having gotten me a room in another property and paying for any difference in price, above my reservation price. We ended up staying the next 4 nights. The property didn't even offer a complimentary breakfast, a credit towards my next stay (I had stayed at the same property once or twice before), nothing .... As me if I am staying at this property again ......
