Nester Finn Financial District

I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately, our experience at The Finn was very disappointing. My wife and I have stayed at this property numerous times when it was operated by Sonder, and it was always our go-to option in New York whenever we preferred an apartment-style accommodation over a traditional hotel. Unfortunately, the property has deteriorated significantly since then. The overall condition is rundown and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we found dirty towels, an unclean bathroom, and a room that simply did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Even after being moved to another room, we encountered dirty towels again. To their credit, the staff did their best to accommodate us, including relocating us and offering a partial refund for our first night. We genuinely appreciated their efforts, but unfortunately, it didn’t change the overall experience. It’s a shame to see a property we once enjoyed so much decline in cleanliness and upkeep. We truly hope improvements are made, but sadly, we wouldn’t return in its current condition.

Hotel had a convenient digital check-in in which I was provided a code to enter my room. Room was spacious and clean. Already booked to stay again.

Quite surprised by the hospitality and the cleanliness of the facility. I did not use any of the amenities therefore a neutral rating on that service - overall a great option in a downtown market that is full of middle of the road hotel choices.

t's in a great location, near One World. I really liked the room with the kitchenette. Overall, the hosting experience was nice. The AC wasn't working at first, but they fixed it after I reported the issue. However, the AC is still very poor. It is literally making a lot of noise instead of cooling the room.

It was very spacious and ideal for a group, with two bathrooms and a two-bedroom layout. It's in a great location, close to several train stations and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. It would have been nice to have a full-length mirror, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The one bedroom unit was quite nice and roomy. The one bedroom unit was nice and bright, but we had a few roaches which wasn’t very pleasant. The studio felt like a dark, less taken care of dungeon. I also ask if the building was wheelchair accessible and asked for an accessible room. The ramp into the building is so steep I could not have managed it on my own. Did not have any accessible rooms. Also no onsite laundry or and self service laundromat in close walking distance. TV in the studio did not work.

The whole staff was great but Kyle was especially awesome. He took great care of our every need. The room was spacious and well equipped, the rooftop was cool, and the hotel is conveniently located near lots of good restaurants and sites. Thank you for a great stay!

The place was amazing like you own apartment...very spacious and clean had everything you could possibly need sadly we only enjoyed it for a day , definitely will be back on our next visit to ny

The staff! And their very helpful communications. An amazing group of humans. Glorious roof deck too. Great location. Loved the products and water pressure. My room could have been a bit warmer/more inviting. The photo above is warm and inviting. Mine was just a little stark. No lighting around the bed, no instructions for the tv/roku, which I didn’t need, but might’ve used. But I will absolutely return and I’m glad to know of this property now!

Clean updated nice space in a great clean area with a lot of great places to eat and drink in a short walk. Nothing really, a bit expensive, but it's the financial district of Manhatten, it's going to be expensive.
