Staff very good, good stay except for poor sleep because of air conditioner.

You get what you pay for — property is run down and room smelled like mildew. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Clean hotel and room was very comfortable for our short stay in New York. Would stay again if we were to visit.

The staff were excellent and wonderful to deal with, very kind and professional. The room was clean, quaint, and just as described. Check in and check out was smooth and organized, and housekeeping was effective.

The Rooms were kept very clen, the Roof top Bar and Food was real Good. I really don't have no Complaints!!!!

Staff was helpful during check in - checkout was a little hassle as they didn't inform not to park on the street or you would be ticketed. 5 minutes up to room and back to vehicle and already had ticket from city.

Great area. Walking distance from some great restaurants. The trash was crazy but it was in a business area and the bags if trash are stacked on the streets near the hotel.

No bags for garbage bins in the room. Not enough towels/washcloths. I requested more but neve received them. No deliveries to the rooms which resulted one of my orders stolen.
