The free water and coffee would be better if it has it's own counter, otherwise everything is good.

Staff was very friendly since the beggining. Room was kept clean and in order, which made our stay more enjoyable. The suite is a pretty big room!

It would have been nice if there was a guide in the room which explained restaurants in the areas as well as walkable local attractions.

We had a great time! The location is the best! Close to Greta food spots and subway stations.

I requested twice for someone to fix the shower, but nothing was done. The room was also extremely noisy because of the air conditioning unit—I’m not sure what type of AC system they use, but it made it difficult to sleep. The staff experience was very inconsistent. Some team members were genuinely kind and helpful, while others were quite rude. When I requested a room change because of some issues in the room, the receptionist initially refused, saying the room couldn’t be changed since I had already used it and asked me to wait until the next day. Only after I insisted did they agree to move me to another room. The great location is a definite plus, but the lack of prompt maintenance and inconsistent customer service made the stay less enjoyable. Disappointing

The toilet stopped working twice in our room, and our phone in the room did not work so I had to use our own phone to try and reach the front desk to get service for our toilet. The biggest light in the room did not work either.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the location is excellent. The hotel was a little noisy, but given that there was a group of children staying there it was not too bad. It is also not very cheap.
