Super easy time check in, if you are a bit early you may even be able to check in early. Very comfortable room, with a big safe for valuables. Attentive staff. They provide free water in the room and the lobby, great for hot days. They also helped me with complimentary late check out. 5 Stars will come back again.

I did not like how busy the area in front of the property was. There were a lot of people hanging around, and there was quite a bit of garbage on the street. Overall, I was not comfortable with the whole atmosphere.

Overall the room was very clean the air conditioning was perfect it kept the room temperature very comfortable. The bed was very big and comfortable as well. The room was kinda small but that wasn't a big deal. Only thing I would change is the lighting , the room was a little on the dark side even with all the lights on and the curtains being open. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and curtious.

Great place to stay in the financial district and close to Brooklyn, where we spent most of our time. Close to great restaurants, cafes and a short walk to the Brooklyn Bridge. The staff was very helpful and friendly upon checking in. Our toilet was running non stop, a call down to the front desk and someone was sent right away to fix the problem. I would stay there again!

I use Four Points for my weekend stay in NYC. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and the pressure and temperature of the water in the shower was perfect. The check in process was simple and fast. I would definitely stay there again.

Could not check-in at the right time because the room wasn’t ready. Front desk staff could not even give us a timeframe as to when it may be ready. They seemed helpless. Total uncertainty.
