The bathroom had a frosted wall and door and was very close to the bed. there was a curtain that could be pulled closed over the wall but you could not do so with door so if someone went into the restroom at night, there was no way not to wake up for the other person. Would not stay again.

Good location for the seaport and financial district

Location was great. The air conditioner didn’t stay on all night. It was motion activated. Even though I kept the fan running all night on AC. The nights got really stuffy. I had to stand up and move around to activate. Also the toilet was super low to the ground. Was strange.

Overall, it was a great experience with surprisingly larger rooms, and I really appreciated the hospitality! The staff was very friendly and welcoming too.

Property had great location. Room was very comfortable for 3 adults. We stayed in the suite with the sofa bed. Very spacious room. We loved the bar and restaurant. Would stay again. The property has soft lighting which makes it dark. The rooms should have brighter lighting.

We find ourselves coming back time and time again because everything about Gild Hall keeps us returning—from the amazing staff to the warm boutique atmosphere and perfect location. It truly feels like our little oasis in the Big Apple.

A great experience at this hotel, I was only here for a night but it was a great one. The service at the front desk was superb, my room was super cute, I love the decor and I had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor the food was amazing. I will definitely be staying again
