The rooms were he right size, beds were comfortable, and the location was great.

The room was very clean and comfortable!

Room Wasnt Ready At Time Of Check In and Waited In A Long Line to Check In . Hotel Only Has 2 Elevators For Staff, Guest, and House Keeping, With Over 350 Rms. Waited Hours For An Elevator.
-
Air conditioning broke when we checked in and had to wait until next day to get another room. We drove 4 hours to sweat in our over priced room. Two fans were eventually brought up. Four people occupied the room and were constantly asking for another set of towels. Beds and pillows too soft and tub too slippery.

Good location for walking to FiDi sights, quiet but restaurants nearby. Not far from subway stops (Fulton to JFK, Wall St.) Complimentary breakfast was handy and had options with some hot food. Clean, comfortable and felt safe. Check in and out was quick, All in all a good experience

Clean maintained nice hotel great location
-
We did not have body wash, and could not get ahold of anyone. But other than that we will always stay there.

Hotel Charged A $250.00 Hold For A One Night Stay. Very Excessive.

Location is good
-
Great location that is within a short walk of the Fulton Street subway station and many attractions in lower Manhattan. We had a sliver of a view of the East River from our room. The room had a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The location is in a quieter area of the city, which helped us get a restful night’s sleep. The price was in line with other area hotels, but a couple nights add up quickly.

The room itself was very nice, comfortable, and well-maintained. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable, it was average rather than exceptional. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but they weren’t very knowledgeable when we asked for directions or information about the nearby ferry schedule, which was a bit disappointing. Parking was conveniently located nearby, although navigating the area was hectic and stressful at times. Breakfast was served on time each morning, but the selection and quality were fairly lackluster. One of the biggest downsides was the elevators—they took an extremely long time, especially during busy hours. I was also surprised by the $250 incidental hold, which seemed excessive considering I’ve stayed at nicer hotels in Manhattan that required a much smaller deposit. Overall, the location and room are the hotel’s strongest selling points. However, between the slow elevators, average cleanliness, underwhelming breakfast, and high incidental fee, I would only stay here again if other nearby hotels were fully booked.

Great breakfast included!
-
It was a pleasant stay. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We got a little bit of the water view, that’s a good surprise. And we arrived a little early, was going to leave the luggage at the front desk but they were able to check us in. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to me, will definitely come back!

Breakfast nice Better amenities
-
I went for the knicks parade it was the perfect spot. I was impressed with the hotel and the room exceeded my expectations.
-
Although we stayed on a higher floor, it was very easy to go out. The elevator came very quickly. The room was clean and spacious.
-
The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a positive impression. The breakfast was simple but sufficient to get our day started, and the room was clean and comfortable enough for our needs. Most days, we spent our time exploring the city from morning until evening, returning to the hotel mainly for a good night's rest before heading out again after breakfast. For that purpose, this hotel served us very well. Considering the price, I felt it offered good value and met our expectations. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to New York City.

Location Customer service

The room was very clean. The hotel is in the good location. When I arrived at 9.00 pm the check in wasn't very good. The workers weren't helpful. Their behavior was disrespectful. I paid for a breakfast room but they said no. I showed all my documents to them. My room didn't look like it did on the booking site. I learned next morning they gave me a smaller room. I paid for a bigger room and I stayed in a smaller room. Despite that, their behavior was still so bad. They processed a security deposit of 200 dollars and paid it back 8 days later. This information also wasn't on booking . I will definitely never ever stay there again.
